Chapter 5 - Meeting the Group(Part 1)

My(POV)

I woke up to my aunt telepathically telling me to come downstairs to the throne room. I got up, went to my closet, and put on a black V-neck, T-shirt, a grey plaid flannel shrit, some straight leg jeans that are very ripped in the knee area, and all my jewlry, including my He/Him pin. I decided that today I will wear my genuine leather, Combat Boots.

I closed my eyes and thought about going to the throne room, and when I opened my eyes again, I was in the throne room.

Me(in my head): Did I just teleport?... didn't know I could do that.

Me: What do you need me for.

Thalia: I need you to go open the gate, we have visitors from another kingdom from Skyrim.

Me: Why don't you just get the guards to do it?

Thalia: Because you need practice on greeting guests and this is a great why to do just that.

Me: ok...

Clay's(POV)

We were walking up the trail toward the towering castle.

Me(To my best friend Jesse): Why are we here again?

Jesse: I need allies to have my back if I need it.

Me: I just don't understand why I have to be here.

Jesse: I need protection.

Me(jokingly): What, so, all you see me as is a bodyguard...I see how it is...

Right as I was finishing up my statement a five foot, five inch, guy? walked out of the woods on the other side of the gate.

Him: Oh... Y'all must be the group of people that my aunt told me about that want to be allies with our kingdom. I guess should open the gate for y'all.

He open the gate and walked us through the castle to the throne room, where we met Queen Thalia. I stayed back as Jesse started talking to Thalia; I didn't want to impose on their conversation. The guy who I assume is the prince comes up to me and starts some small talk.

Him(lazily): Hey, I'm Ché-Ryu Grace, the prince of this castle. You look like a fighter. We have a pretty good military system here but if you want them to be better then I suggest you train them. From your stature, you look like a commander. I'll take you to the training room.

My(POV)

I decide to walk him to the training room, since he's new...

I take him straight to the Grand Master. I was about to introduce them to each other when I realized I didn't know either of their names.

Me:(muttering)this is such a drag... (Out loud) I realize that I know neither of your names, so y'all will have to introduce yourselves to each other.

Clay's(POV)

Me: Hello Grand Master, my name is Clay Barina, I am a captain where I come from. My universe is Fallout.

Grand Master: Hello Captain Barina, my name is Glacier Snow. I have to ask would you be willing to up your rank here?

Me: um... Sure.

GM: Since you are so close to being a General, I will knight you and make you Head General. That way you and I can be on equalish rank. So when I am gone on a mission you can take over training, and when you are gone I can train my knights.

Me: Sounds good.

GM: OK

The Grand Master pulls out his sword and places it on both of my shoulders, one after the other.

GM: I knight you Head General Barina.

The Grand Master puts his sword away, grabs my shoulder and stands me up.

I stand up.

Me: Thank you

GM: You are welcome Head General.

My(POV)

GM: Now I must have a word with the queen about this young prince not knowing my name...

As he says that, he scowls at me pointedly.

Me: Oof, I'm in trouble. Pfft.

He goes off to the throne room and Head General Barina and I follow suit.

When he enters the throne room he goes straight to my Aunt Thalia:

GM: Your Majesty, why did you not tell your nephew my name?

Thalia: I wanted to introduce him to you personally, but you were on a mission. You just got back late last night if I'm not mistaken.

GM: But you could have at least told him my name Your Highness.

Thalia: As you well know it is most proper to personally introduce the price/princess to the Grand Master when the time arises.

GM: OK... I understand.

He walks, solemnly,  back to his office in the training room. Why he feels dejected I know not.

I decide to mingle with the newcomers.
