Planning for a surprise Trip
They get so relaxed that after they drunk all their tea they all ended up falling asleep with their heads on the table! They finally wake up to see a beautiful bright orange sun that overshadowed the beach from where they was sitting at.
Have you seen such a beautiful scenery? Hannah asked! Kara looked at her after Hannah reminded her when she was a child a few times a year her mom and dad would take her to Florida. Every morning you'd wake up, you could pull back the curtains to the patio and gaze out, and the first thing you saw was a big bright orange sun overlooking the ocean.
Her mom always loved the view of the ocean. She would wake up and fix a pot of coffee and go outside to the patio and drink her coffee while gazing out to the sunset watching the ocean waves crash on the shore and feeling the cool breeze of salty crisp air conditioning in the morning's horizon and watching the palm trees dance to the wind and hearing the seagulls squawking, chirping, and wailing nearby.
Ahh.. I wish I could bring back that time!! Tonya missing the Florida vibes.. Mom are you Ok? Hannah asked! Yeah I'm ok.. The sunset just reminds me of well.. " Well what ? " Hannah couldn't wait to hear more about it! Well Hannah! Kara explains, My mom and dad use to take me to Florida a few times a year and seeing this sunset really brings back the memories of those day's.

Chasity me and your mom both don't have to work for the next 2 weeks how about we make it a girls trip just the 4 of us ? To get away and escape from the world on a beach of nothing but beautiful white sand and crystal clear baby blue water!! Where are we gonna find that ? Chasity asked! Destin Florida or Fort Lauderdale.. Kara answered with a big smile on her face, I'm ready when y'all are ready!
Hannah looked at her mom.. Mom did you just speak southern ? You sound like you came from the Beverly hillbillies! How do you ? Tonya asked! but it came to her That was her and Hannah's favorite show when Hannah was just a little baby. She'd be rocking Hannah to sleep and be watching the Beverly Hillbillies til Hannah finally went to sleep and put her in her bassinet right beside her bed, then she'd go to bed!
Well what about it? Are we all going or what ? Kara asked! Well! Tonya didn't know what to tell her husband John and was afraid of what he would say, but felt he might refuse that she go and talk her into staying, to cover his shift when we had his doctor's appointment! Well I'll have to talk to John about a couple things then I'll let you know something later when we come over and we could talk about going on this trip!
Alrighty Well I won't make arrangements, but i can write down some things we can do and places we can go if we get to go! That sounds fine with me Tonya agreed.. As the day drifts off about an hour they all head home and the first thing Tonya see's is John's work car. uhhh.. I feel like this is not gonna work out! Chasity gives a small gulp, ugh mom I feel ya. But it's just dad.. He goes out for a week to two weeks with his buddies and goes on golfing trips! There's no reason he won't say no.. He'll understand!

The next morning appears. Hannah wakes up with the Lord on her mind.
" Lord, heavenly father. "
Kara woke up, but just laying in bed thinking about the trip, but she can hear Hannah from her bedroom saying her morning prayer and praising god in her room.
Oh dear lord, well.. I want this to be something I really needed to hear! My only daughter worshiping you. Kara gets inspired by Hannah and starts praying as well!
Hannah in her Room. Thanking God with praises! God it's me again.. Hannah Grace, I want to thank you for waking me up this morning and for giving me eyes to see and open them with faith, For God your word tells me that we walk by faith and not by sight, but god you ordered my steps before me so when my feet walk on ground they move with faith, because it shows how I'd be walking in your shadow all day long, help me to help other's realize your love and mercy so their lives will never seem too hard to live. It's by you Lord that I have the full potential to be an inspiration to everyone who is blessed with me in their lives and god bless each and everyone of them, because I love them all and they all grow on me every time I get the chance to spend time with. I praise you lord Jesus Christ, in Jesus Name I pray " AMEN "
Kara standing at the door with Tears in her eyes falling down her face. " AMEN "
Mom.. Hannah turned with fear, because Kara scared her! How long have you been standing there ? Well, the whole time you was praying. Well mom, Hannah felt such warmth. I'm glad you did, because I want you to know that I am blessed to have a mother who I look to fall into the footsteps of. Because mom you have taught me so much and I will be blessed to teach my future children about how blessed their mom was by her mom on how to raise her kid's.
Well Hannah let's not count those blessings just yet. Well mom, let me just say it this way. Someday in my future if I was to have kids and you're not around I'm gonna think so much about the fact that you have left a legacy, which is why I value our relationship. Kara realized how sweet Hannah is, but she can't help but feel so warm inside that it feels like she can't find the words to say, so Kara walks over to Hannah's bed and sits down and holds on to Hannah. Hannah refuses just to sit there and look at her mom and not think that'd be the privilege to show her mom how much she cares without giving her a warm hug first! Hannah, my sweet sweet Hannah. Kara felt with compassion and kindness that she don't wanna leave Hannah's Room, but noticed herself getting hungry. Well Hannah, let's go grab us some breakfast and watch some tv. Hannah thought to herself Netflix Hannah questioning Kara ? Yes Netflix! Fuller house Hannah asked, yes Hannah you just know me so well; Kara thrilled to spend the morning watching her favorite series with her favorite daughter and the only daughter she has.
At that moment Hannah and Kara both didn't know what they wanted to eat. Hannah questioning herself and questioning Kara as well; oatmeal ? I don't know Hannah, wait a minute I didn't know you liked oatmeal! Mom eat it all the time and you just now noticing these? Well, mom anxious about it I guess it's oatmeal for you and fruits for me. Mom, Hannah realizes, this is skeptical ? Just fruits ?
Yeah.. I'm in the mood for some fruits! OK mom whatever you want you get! Hannah, come fix you some oatmeal while I cut up these oranges and pineapples. OK, mom at once we were finally getting along wait a minute did you get any sleep last night? Hannah asked! Because you sound a bit grumpy. Hannah my child I'm just asking you to come and fix yourself some oatmeal right now I'm just not in the mood for a big breakfast. Well there for a while as in like you were being a little rude; Hannah applied.
Well Hannah I'm sorry.. Kara is apologetic this morning! I made you feel as if I was being rude, but I was just asking you with an earnest heart, because I just want this day just be as blessed as we've been having this past week.
Hannah gets off the couch turns around to head to the kitchen and walks on the other side of the island looking at Kara in the face with a question on her face. I can see you have a question what is it Cara asked! " Mom " Hannah had an idea.. I don't have a question, I have a suggestion! Oh OK, Kara ready to hear Hannah's suggestion. Can we not fix a big dinner today and just go out for pizza and swimming ? You mean like a picnic ? Kara asked with a grin on her face! Yeah like a picnic we can go to the store and buy some chips and ice cream and then order a pizza then go to the pool and have a picnic then go swimming, Oh and mom it be awesome if we can get Tonya and Chassidy to go with us! Yes it would, wouldn't It ? Yeah, I'll text Chasity and see that they've not made plans for the day and we'll give them time to get ready and about around 1:00 we can head out! Well, don't you have everything planned! Kara smiling and waiting just see if Hannah has any more suggestions. Mom! Hannah Said, I'll text Chasity and you call Tonya on the phone and we'll talk about that and that way they can't get out of it and they can't talk themselves out of it. Cara knows Tonya so well, well if I know Tonya like I always have since the day we moved here she's always down for hanging out with us no matter where we go as long as we can spend time together!
So Hannah text's Chasity and Kara Calls Tonya I suggested they go and hang out for the day and goes for a swim and a picnic. Luckily Tonya and Chasity both don't have any plans, so Tonya looks at Chasity, are you sure you don't have any plans? No mom I don't have any plans I'm just tired well if you don't want to go we don't have to. Well what time do they want to go ? Chasity asked and Tonya asked Kara! Well we thought about going around 1 o'clock
" OK " Chasity heard Over the speakerphone that sounds good to me that way I can get a few more hours of sleep since it's obviously 9 o'clock in the morning.
Well you go ahead and take you a nap and sleep on it and when you wake up we can get our things together and head over to their house. Ok mommy, Chasity said in a sleepy mood this morning! Chasity did you sleep on the couch again ? Yes Chasity answers, why ? Tonya asked! You mean to tell me you slept on the couch all night! Tonya in a mood this morning. " Mom being mom " Chasity said! Tonya overheard her.. Chasity Leann answer me! Mom, I need my rest.. You know obviously you are too tired to go out on a picnic and swimming today, maybe we need to stay home and that way Kara and Hannah can have themselves a day to themselves. Mom let me take a nap for god sake. Well I'll let you take your nap, but if you're going anywhere today you better set your alarm clock on that phone that you stay on all night to get up around 11:00 but you better be in a better mood!
I will Momma, Chasity apologies! Sorry for snapping at you. " You should know not to snap at me when you are in a bad mood in the morning's. Well I'm sorry too! Huh.. I'm gonna make myself a cup of coffee and sit outside on the patio and read, listen to a podcast, or something , maybe fix myself some breakfast and darts toward the keurig to make her a cup of coffee and grabs a banana and fixed herself a bowl of oatmeal! Chasity snoring as Tonya walk's by her and sneaks on Chasity's phone to see if she set the alarm on her phone and takes it with her to the kitchen, while she waits for the oatmeal to be done and sets the alarm on the phone and turns the volume up as loud as it goes and after she noticed Chasity was obviously too tired to see what she was doing before she fell asleep she knew Chasity wouldn't be able to see straight to see anything. Poor poor child of mine! Tonya discovering she feels sorry for her child. Watching her sleep and hearing her snore. She heads back to the kitchen and grabs her oatmeal and on her way to the patio she lay's Chasity's phone down where she found it and grab's her own phone and heads outside on the patio and listens to a podcast while she's eating her breakfast!
Kara gets a call from Tonya.. Instead of what we planned I talked to John and he said it was alright with him that we can go on that trip we talked about so tell Hannah! We're almost ready so we'll come on over and then we can leave on our trip..
Oh my Hannah will be thrilled! So she hangs up the phone and yells for Hannah! Hannah come down stairs
HURRY, RUN.. I've got great news HURRY!
Ok I'm here.. Hannah get your things packed we're going on our trip to Florida! Oh my, oh my, oh my.. What am I gonna pack? After I pack my things I'll help you.. Tonya and Chasity is almost ready, once they are they're heading over here!!
" Oh wow this is so exciting " So they both go upstairs and pack up.. it takes Hannah a little longer, because she decided to buy a bunch of tanning lotion the other day and couldn't make up her mind which one to take and ends up picking 2 big bottles of tanning lotion, and everything she needs to swim in and makeup, clothes, under clothes, pajamas, shoes and sandals. Mom should I pack a jacket and an umbrella in case it rains while we're out there ?
Yes we both do.. Don't forget to grab the umbrella's at the door's on our way out and grab the rain coats and don't forget to take at least one hoodie. Should we pack up some junk foods ? Hannah ask's! Well I have to stop and get gas on the way so we can get some there and go somewhere and eat fast food on the way. What are we gonna do about the pup ? John said he'd watch her!
Tonya and Chasity arrives and comes inside and they both head to Hannah and Kara's room and help them fold their clothes and pack! You think that's it ? Hannah asks Chasity.. Yeah looks like you got everything

The pack up everything in the trunk of the car and head out!
