Amanda.
Ansel had been busy for some days.
"What's up with your brother?" She asked Alex one day.
"He's just busy with the preparations of the party," Alex replied.
"What party?"
"The Christmas party," Alex replied, stuffing french fries in his mouth.
"The Christmas party?"
"Ask Ansel," Alex said, getting irritated.
"Sure." Amy shrugged making her mind about asking Bella.
That night as she lay down on her bed thinking about her life, her phone started ringing.
"And... That would be Jung," She mumbled.
Without glancing at the caller's ID she picked up the phone.
"Hey." She whispered.
"Hi." His deep voice came from the other end filling her with comfort.
"What's up?" She asked.
"Just missing you. Wanna meet up?"
"You read my mind, but I'll guess I'll just get some sleep,"
"Oh. Sure whatever you say." He sounded sad.
"Okay, Night."
"Good Night."
The call ended and Amy felt bad for turning him down. But she really was sleepy.
Babysitting Alex was no joke!
What was Ansel up to? She had to find out.
Like, what Christmas party?
Will she be invited?
Oh, God! This is too much for her little mind.
I should probably shut my eyes and go to sleep.
She thought.
Why did she always end up thinking about him?
Why can't she just think about Jung, the guy who really takes an interest in her?
*
The days went by and soon it was Christmas Eve.
The Luck's residence was all lightened up for a party. And that party seemed to comprise of Ansel's thousands of friends and millions of girlfriends. No kidding.
Amy stood at the corner of the living room in a white dress and red heels. Her hair was tied in a ponytail. Jung was standing with her too. His arm around her shoulders.
Ansel had invited her three days ago and told her she could bring anyone she likes.
So she brought Jung. Much to Ansel's annoyance.
"Hey, I'll just go and get a beer. Do you want anything?" Jung leaned in and asked.
"No, I'm good!" She replied.
They had to shout because the music was too loud. He kissed the top of her head and walked away.
Amy could see Ansel standing with a girl, whom she recognized to be Clarity Simpson. One of the popular crowd. Nearly every guy's dream girl. Tall, Brunette, and hazel-eyed.
He had his arm around her waist and they would start kissing each other every two minutes or so.
Amanda rolled her eyes and started searching for Jung.
She spotted him near the kitchen. She held up her hand so that he could see her but he was too busy searching for a beer.
She decided to make her way towards him.
She pushed past the crowd of people until she was near him.
And that was when she saw a girl lean into Jung and kiss him. And he didn't even pull away.
"Jung?" Amy whispered. Her eyes, wide with shock.
He didn't hear her.
"JUNG!" She screamed at the top of her lungs causing some people to look at her.
He pulled away and looked at her.
"You all guys are such liars!" She shouted again, tears forming in her eyes.
"Hey! Amy. It's not like that I swear," He moved towards her and tried to take her arm.
"Don't.You.Fucking.Touch.Me." She looked at him, Cold eyed.
Jung looked shocked. But he left her arm. She turned and soon was swallowed by the crowd.
Ansel.
Clarity won't leave him alone. He was getting bored of her.
"Hey, look at me." She whined like an annoying little girl.
"I'm going to get a beer." He told her she nodded and turned her attention to another guy who was standing nearby.
He reached the kitchen and picked up a beer bottle. His eyes went around in search of Amanda.
Why am I searching for her?
To see if she looks hideous or not.
His eyes finally settled on her. Wait, why does she look like she's going to kill someone?
His eyes travelled from her to that guy she came with.
Ooh. They're fighting.
He smirked.
But then he watched her leaving and he decided to follow her.
Because she looked like she was going to cry. He felt bad for her, that's all.
He ran after her because he wanted to catch her before she went home.
He opened the front door and there she was.
"Wait!"
Jung.
What the hell just happened?
