Jason realized it was already morning when he unzipped his tent's entrance. At the moment he got out of the tent, the others were seated legs crossed holding hands with Bruce Robert.
"I'm on Jason, come and join us," Bruce said even though his eyes were closed.
They were on a mountain, they placed six tents around them, and they were in the middle. They formed a circle where they were sitting legs crossed, and they were holding hands closing their eyes.
Jason who lost his previous form of white hair and gold coloured eyes was back to normal. He joined them in their meditation.
"I would like you to relax, focus your energy in your chest, and enter deep concentration," Bruce told them.
They did as he said, for a few seconds, nothing happened, but later on, they entered a chamber. This chamber was dark, with a rock in the middle.
Suddenly, blue torches started to light up. Now, they could see clearly what was on the rock. It was a gigantic Gorilla that was on the top of the rock.
"Well Kids, this is a simulator of the Gorilla King. In this simulator, you can feel pain, and you all have the exact power level you normally have in the real world. Don't worry, the Gorilla Ling has no buff as well, for now, you'll have to try level 1," Bruce's voice could be heard in their head, but he was nowhere to be found.
Suddenly, above them, they saw a count down above them. It started at 30 and it was going down second by second.
"Alright, he's big, so to defeat that thing what we have to do is distant attacks against him," Roxanne told them, "He looks big, so it might be quite hard for him to move quickly."
The timer was at 9 seconds while she was explaining the plan. Although Jason didn't have his water element anymore, and the fact they imprisoned the ice king made him lose his ice power. He still planned to help and get a few swings.
3,2,1, start! The Gorilla King stood from his rock and glared at the students. The Gorilla gave a powerful roar towards them. The blow was so strong they could barely stay put.
"Holy Smirks!" Dylan shouted as he transformed into a Metal dragon to stay firm on the ground.
Forgetting what Roxanne told him, he rushed Gorilla King. The Beast stopped roaring and prepared to take Dylan head on head.
When Dylan was close enough, the Gorilla roared and tried to get a grip on him, but he elevated in the air at the right moment and grabbed Gorilla King's head.
He started flying higher and higher, and at one point, he let go of Gorilla King's head making him fall from high and smashing on the ground.
The collision caused the ground to shake. The Gorilla King was on the ground, but he stood up as if the attack didn't affect him at all.
"I told you distant attacks, Dylan!" Roxanne shouted from the ground.
"What are you saying?!" Dylan asked. He was too far to hear anything of what Roxanne was saying.
Before he knew it, the Gorilla King jumped from the ground and caught one of Dylan's metal wings.
"Crap, I'm falling!" Dylan cried.
It was already hard for him to fly because of how heavy he was in that form, so adding another heavy thing is too much.
Both giants were falling to the ground slowly. His friends wanted to help him, but they feared touching him. Once they reached the ground, the Gorilla put the Dragon in a headlock.
"We've gotta do something!" Jason shouted.
Roxanne thought for a while until she found the idea: "Tyler! send a fire beam in their direction, Dylan is a metal dragon, it will just heat him if you care not to put the temperature too high,"
"Good idea!" Tyler shouted as he sent a fire beam right in Dylan's stomach.
Dylan's body started to heat up, and we could see his colour-changing slightly. Smoke started to be smelt by the Gorilla King, it was his arms burning.
He removed his arms from Dylan and screamed in pain. Although it lasted for a slight second, the Gorilla King was hurt, however, he was also pissed and gave Dylan a well-placed hook which made him fly and knock himself on the wall next to his friends.
Then, without letting the students assimilate the situation, he dashed towards Jason. He was about to squash him with his fist, but Jason held his sword on both sides and put his sword above his head to block the Gorilla's smash.
When the first and the sword collided, Jason felt the pressure the beast was bestowing on him. Each second, his feet were going deeper in the ground because of the Gorilla's pressure. Mitsuki transformed into his snake aura form and sprinted towards the Gorilla, jumped in the air, and punched the Gorilla King.
Out of all of them, the strongest was Mitsuki, so the punch made the Gorilla King lean backwards. Jason took advantage of it to escape from the Gorilla King.
Roxanne then created a bazooka right in front of The Gorilla and fired it exploding right in the Gorilla King's face making him fall backwards.
The Gorilla King was on the floor, and no one could tell if he was KO or not.
"Did we kill him?" Jason asked.
"Probably not, the system didn't show up any notification," Tyler said looking attentively at the Gorilla.
Suddenly, the Gorilla King started glowing white. His fur colour was changing as well as his size. He started getting smaller and smaller until he reached human size.
Dylan transformed into an ice dragon and breathed ice freezing the Gorilla. However, the Gorilla just opened his red eyes, and a big surge of energy charged towards them. The moment the wave of energy hit them, they were brought back to the real world.
"Well then, this shows that you guys are still not ready for level 2, you've got a long way to go..." Bruce told them.
