Chapter 1 - The Call

Leda, was already hundred-seven years old, of course, for beings like elves that live one thousand years of age as a rule it is not much, but she just had her birthday, and she felt proud of herself, not that she knew many elves to compare to. Because since she was young, she has lived in the tower of the sorcerers, and as is tradition, when she was thirty years old, she left to explore the world. For the sorcerers, it is important not only for the knowledge like the elves, but to know the world and its creatures and cultures, from the smallest ant to the giants of the kingdom of Ared. They send the young sorcerers to learn from the world

She was in her cabin in the forest that is north of the Kingdom of Lucretia, and south of the Kingdom of Ania, she has lived there for twenty-five years. Leda has had people come looking for her since she settled there foe spells, help, advice, potions, plants and more. However, she does not leave the forest, only to pick up supplies in the nearby town.

The forest was gigantic, bright, and budding. Its canopy was marked by fir, oak, and ash, and abundant dancing lights bounced through their crowns for a flood of herbs to flourish in the brittle leaves on the ground below. Curling tree limbs dangled from most trees, and a mishmash of flowers, which were unique to this region, spruced up the otherwise uniform terrain. A variation of noises, predominantly those of foraging beasts, brightened up the forest, and were in harmony with the sound of the wind blowing gently through the forest. There is a mountain chain that separates the kingdoms, but she lives in the forest at the skirt of the mountain on the Lucretia kingdom.

From the outside, this hut looks intimate and cozy. It has been built with wood covered in render and has white stone decorations. Rounded windows brighten up the house and have been added to the house in a very asymmetric way. The building is shaped like a small circle. The extension extends into a small garden to the side. The second floor is a small room, but part of it hangs over the edge of the floor below, creating an overhang on one side and a balcony on the other. This floor has a slightly different style than the floor below. The roof is high and circular shaped and is covered with brown ceramic tiles. One large chimney sits at the side of the house. Several small, thin windows let in plenty of light into the room below the roof. The hut itself is surrounded by a clearing, with mostly grass and a few small trees.

Inside was the kitchen where the food and elixirs, drying plants and other things. She also had a table where she works and two chairs, she had bookcases and more tables with books and scrolls that could make a library, chests with artifacts and objects that at first glance you could tell that they should not be touched since they will probably bewitch or curse you. On the walls there were displayed swords and daggers that she collected during her travels, she had bows and arrows that any collector would make jealous. She had a wardrobe with his robes, dresses and other clothes, and weapons and important papers, and even more artifacts that she considered were too dangerous to leave there badly placed, and taking into account that she had cursed objects outside. I leave you to think that she had in the wardrobe.

She was finishing the potion when she heard,

- Knock, knock -

It was the door, which she thought was curious since she didn't have any client who had to pick up anything that day, the silver-haired elf said at the top of her lung:

- Wait a moment -

But the knocking on the door didn't stop, it even sounded harsher and louder. Leda who was in a delicate part of making the position was beginning to get annoyed from the blows at the door,

- I told you that a moment -

She yelled at them with a loud as she could:

- We have a message for The Sorceress of the forest, open immediately in the name of the King -

A man's voice sounded, the voice was low, but not harsh, it was obvious that he was a soldier, it had been a few decades since someone had dared to speak to her like that, after all the fame of her abilities both magic and combat alike were known throughout the continent, but at this point she was reaching the limit of her patience,

- If you do not open immediately, we will knock down the door -

Now It bothers her, so she replied:

- If you don't want to be blown from here to the Osca Mountains, I recommend that you wait a moment or else I am going to turn you into tadpoles, have I made myself clear? -

The silence that came from outside made it obvious that the soldiers were waiting for her to open the door, it was a good thing since the position she was making at this specific moment, although it is not complicated, is quite unstable until the moment of completion, if she had been interrupted it would have ended with a big mess on her hands. She was handling various liquids that if they were to come into contact with each other in the wrong quantities, it could have ended in a big magic explosion which was very bad. By the time she was finishing about an hour later, she was dropping a golden liquid in another dark green liquid that looked like swamp slime, the slime was in a round bottle about half the size of my hand, and she dropped 5 exact drops of the golden liquid, one more and It would have had consequences, not very friendly to the environment, one less and the potion that is supposed to relieve and cure deep open wounds, would be nothing more than a painkiller.

The green slime became completely transparent like water, it had a slight smell of lilacs, and then she sealed both bottles and stood up, she wiped the waste that was on the table with a rag which she had prepared earlier, she cleaned it up safely leaving the table free of dangerous substances and put the rag in a bucket and said:

- Curesco Lightecto -

With her hand on top the that rag.The cloth that was covered with the remains of the ingredients of the potion suddenly had a bright green spike of light particles around the cloth and this one that had some of the slime on it, all of a sudden had removed the viscous slime turning it into a liquid although it remained the same color.

The light could be seen from outside and the soldiers who were still deciding whether or not to force the door, stared at it with the feeling that the choice had already been decided for them.

While they saw the door with a penetrating gaze that could go through it, suddenly the door opened, standing in the entrance with crossed arms was a girl who seemed to be about nineteen years old. She had long hair went down to her waist, some was pulled away from the face, gathered and secured at the back of the head with a clip that had a jewel in the shape of a vine with leaves, the jewels were green and the clip about an inch and a half and curved, it was beautiful, the rest of the hair was loose, a beautiful straight hair that faded in the middle of her back to turn into gorgeous locks in a silver color that could dazzle the moon herself. With very pale skin so clear that it looked like milk, her eyes were the color of the sky ,no, not the sky, more like the sea, a penetrating blue as deep as the ocean itself, she was around 6' 1" of height, small and delicate-featured yet strong somehow they thought.

She was dressed in shiny black pants with tall boots up to the middle of the leg, the boots were tight, with the upper edge of a metal that gave a golden tone, with the part of the leg in dark green and the part of the foot in black. She had a light long sleeve black shirt, she had what I could describe as a knee-length skirt with side slits open it only covered the front and the back, dark green like the boots, with a black leather, thick belt with a blue gem on the front, and a long jacket in a dark green, with silver buttons and other ornaments, she also had silver bracers with gems. She had a tight necklace with a green gem, and several long necklaces with different symbols and jewelry.

On the other hand when she opened the door there were a group of knights, by the uniform they were from the Kingdom of Lucretia. The uniform was all lazuli blue with black boots, the long double-breasted coat with a high collar, the sleeves had buttons on the outside and two white lines all at the tip, with a leather belt with space for the sword.

With one look the knights froze, when she threatened to turn them into tadpoles it was not a joke and with that look that could kill you, she said:

- What? not that you were in a hurry for me to open the door? -

She had a very serious face, and I would not say she was angry, but more bother, the knights were silently looking at her, thing that bother her even more.

- I don't have all day, who is in charge? -

They turned to see each other and one of them walked to the front, because of the insignias that the others did not have, she knew that he was in charge, immediately the knights stood at attention, there were ten of them. The man who walked in front of her, bow slightly as a sign of respect, after all sorcerers were well respected and feared in most of the continent.

- ... -

Leda was waiting to be given the king's demands, but no one said anything, the soldiers were at attention. At that time Leda remembered that according to tradition the person with the highest authority has to give permission to speak. Since sorcerers are higher than most soldiers and nobility, unless one of them was a general or an archduke of the kingdom, technically she has the highest authority, that and the fact that she threatened them may have been a good incentive for them to fear her, it's not like many people want to live as tadpoles.

- Talk, what is your reason for coming without prior notice and interrupt me? -

The Knight stood straight, his hair was short but not shaved and long enough so that the ends touched his eyes and neck, in a brownish-honey color, with yellow eyes like amber, he had a fair beige skin, he was about 6' 3" tall, It was obvious that he trained because he had a thick back and a well-defined physique, his uniform was similar to the other knights, but his was a navy blue color, darker than the others, and had only one row of buttons on the left side of the coat, it also had several ornaments that denoted a high rank and some medals. They were all well built and good looking but this one was extremely handsome and beautiful Leda thought.

- Miss Sorceress, my name is Colonel Sir Philip Ehrenhaft, I came on behalf of King Robert de Lucretia, from the Kingdom of Lucretia, we have come to ask you to come with us -

She stared at him with some irritation, according to the King prior who said that she could stay there as long as she wanted, however, more curious was this Sir Philip, he looks quite young for his rank , he could be in his early twenties, twenty-five at most. Wait, Ehrenhaft, that was name that she knew, but where did she hear it? He said Lucretia Kingdom, right, now she remembered where she knew that name.

- Colonel Sir Philip Ehrenhaft, I seem to remember a man by the name Ehrenhaft that I knew once, but that was more than twenty years ago, you would have been a child at the time, well you're not that much older right now. -

She smiled with a mischievous smirk, it was obvious that she was making fun of him because of how young he looked, said the one-hundred-seven-year-old elf who looked seventeen.

- Yes, that was probably my father -

-Ah yes, Archduke Harald Ehrenhaft, I must say that you're the spitting image of your father, much more younger of course -

The young knight, who was getting tired of the comments of the sorceress, thought that how such a little girl, who seemed 10 years younger than him would be the great Sorceress Leda, who saved the kingdom 25 years ago from the great epidemic and who was so powerful that everyone respected her. However, his father told him that although she seemed young in appearance, this elf is one of the most powerful sorcerers in the tower, and furthermore, the King Prior who rests in peace, gave permission that she could stay in the northern forest whatever time she wanted as payment for saving the kingdom, not riches or treasures.

- Yes, I have been told on multiple occasions that we have a great resemblance, however, I am not that young. I have two months from turning twenty-eight. -

Leda was amused by the fact that the young knight told her his age just to stop her from making fun of his young appearance, well, she let it slip by because he was handsome, she was sure that he could get away with a lot of things with a face as beautiful as his. But she was still bothered by the fact that she was called back when the King prior assured her that she could stay as long as she wanted.

-Well, Sir Philip, can you explain to me why you want me to accompany you, as I have understood the previous King, said that I could live here until I wanted to leave -

- Yes, you are correct, but that is not the reason why we came to look for you. -

- Then? -

- The Prime Minister has an unknown illness and His Majesty the King has sent for you, so you can help him -

- The prime minister, is that old fart still alive? -

- Miss Sorceress, please do not refer to the Prime Minister like that, he was the most trusted advisor of the King prior. -

- So Niklas Klein is still alive, what's wrong with him? -

Niklas Klein, was King Oliver's main councilor, and a good person, It would be a shame if something happened to him after knowing him for almost forty years, was what she felt.

- I would not know, but he is in a very serious condition, and neither the doctors or the royal magicians know what he has and his life deteriorates rapidly! -

So he has a disease that those idiots who call themselves wizards cannot identify, usually she would not get involved with such fools, but Niklas has dedicated himself to his people and his King since she knew him, he was a good old friend, he is a good person. But who knows how long will it take to heal him, and she'll be in the palace surrounded by male humans. That worried Leda, they were on August 30, two days after her birthday, what worried Leda is that she is past one hundred, and according to what her teacher told her about the elves, she will soon enter Elven puberty. Which means that the mating season is near, and if she were to fall in heat in a place full of humans who are not used to the pheromones of an elf, it could be dangerous for both her and the humans. That was the reason she ask for this property in this secluded forest in the first place

The mating season comes about once every four or five years and it is the female that emits pheromones, it usually lasts about a week and it is normal for the Elves to kept there selves in secluded places at that time, after all, unless they have a mate the pheromones could affect both the males, which are attracted to them, and the females which if they are close to someone in heat would tend to enter one when exposed to the pheromones. And although that is their nature, elves don't like to have frivolous relationships and avoid having relations that are not their mates. The elves do not tend to have many children, they have one or two, maybe three children, since elves connect with the magic of the planet, the pregnancies are extremely hard for the mother's body. Although most people outside the Elven race don't know this, and usually young elves are told after their hundredth birthday, in the tower they taught her before she left, the sorcerer, who was her teacher since she arrived made sure to explain in great detail. He made sure to prepare her for as much as possible with all the information there was about the elves, even if it was given earlier than the traditional Elven way.

But her cycle had not yet started even though she was seven years past one hundred, and although she has the potion that fights her symptoms away, so as not to emit pheromones, she was not sure whether to go to one of the most populated capitals in the human world would be a good idea. But she couldn't let her friend die just because some useless wizards were trying to play sorcerers.

After she was silent for a few minutes, the knights were looking at each other and although they wanted to spick up they were too afraid to say anything, however Sir. Philip's worried face calmed down when Leda said:

- Okay, but I need a moment to pack the things I'm going to need. -

- Yes, of course, take everything that you need. -

Sir Philip replied, Leda entered the cabin and as three of the most curious knights entered with Sir Philip behind her,

- Please tell us how we can help you -

Sir Phillip told her with all sincerity, of course she was amused, as if mere humans could help. Leda turned to face them and said:

- That won't be necessary, just don't touch anything -

Leda grabbed a traveler's bag that she had hanging next to the door, it was brown leather, the kind that are worn hanging from a single shoulder across the chest, it didn't look bigger than a cat. She had sowed some symbols and a red jewel that was hexagonal with a symbol on the outside face, she put it on the ground in the center of the house, something that caught the attention of the knights, what would she carry in such a small bag, the knights wondered, but none, not even the Sir. Phillip, dared to say anything. She smiled and told them:

- Please, you get out -

Referring to the knights who entered next to the Sir.Phillip

- Miss Sorceress would you like me to go out too? -

Sir Phillip said, but she smiled

- No, it's okay, just don't stand on anything and be careful to duck so you don't get hit. -

Sir Phillip was confused with the order she gave him, duck? Duck from what? He thought. As Leda stood in the center to lift her bag and said:

- And it's not Miss Sorceress, my name is Leda, now, prepare to be amazed -

Little did Sir Phillip know what he was going to see, he moved so as not to step on a carpet since the sorceress said it specifically, but still he didn't understand what she was doing, and why she had a mischievous smirk like a child that just made chaos because of a prank. Leda closed her eyes and concentrated with a serious face, and suddenly a pure, blue surge of sparks began to form around the bag and her hands, still with her eyes closed Leda said:

- Petorgio Intimienis -

But nothing happened, Sir Phillip was surprised, Leda smiled and opened her eyes, suddenly everything in the cabin had the blue sparks coming out and the sparks started to float out from Leda's hands and around her, and first things on the table and on top of the furniture somehow without changing size it was getting sucked into the bag and suddenly everything started to float, He had to duck since several things almost hit his head, and when the wardrobe moved he had to jump out-of-the-way so that he was not taken in with it, causing him fall to the flour. And in a swirl of things and blue lights and sparks they all entered the small bag, Sir. Phillip face was priceless, he was sitting on the floor from the shock, he received from seeing the magic demonstration of the young elf, all his doubts about her skills disappeared in an instant.

The cabin was empty with only the walls and the soldiers who were watching through the door had a stunned face, just like Sir Phillip.

- So Sir Phillip, I'm pretty sure you didn't expect that, right? -

She told him as she walked in front of him after picking up her bag, she extended her hand to help him up, but the impression hadn't gone away yet.

- Yes, no, I… well… um… b-b-but how? -

He was still on the ground

- The complicated thing is to make the bag, once done it only responds to its owner and I can put everything I want in it, very useful to move, I say -

With the brief explanation the knight still didn't understand what had happened, but he did calm down

- Tell me, Sir Philip, are you planing on sleep on the floor, I thought we were in a hurry? -

At last he realized that he was still on the ground, and he grabbed the hand that Leda offered him to stand up, he stood up and gestured with his hand for her to come out first.

The soldiers who moved from the door and stared at her were amazed and terrified, so that was the power of a tower sorcerer. They were all around frozen, staring at her like a painting in a gallery.

- Why is that everyone is standing there like statues? What is this a museum?! -

Shouted a harsh voice, in an instant all knights immediately came to attention.

- NO SIR -

They responded in chorus

- So move it then, get ready to go, we leave in ten minutes! -

- YES SIR -

He gave them the order and they immediately responded. Once the soldiers had moved, Leda saw Sir Phillip again and asked him

- And how are we going to get there, it's a six-day trip on foot -

You see, sorcerers tend to travel on foot when they go to some place, but of course is at least half the time on horseback or in a carriage, but sorcerers are mostly nomads, some settle in a kingdom as court sorcerers or as Leda who settled in the forest or the countryside to study something in specific, some return to the tower and others travel until there time comes and only return to leave their knowledge so that new generations can continue their research, of course the tower and its sorcerers are not to be confused with wizards, witches, voodoo men, necromancers and others wielders of magic, as they are not the same. The sorcerers of the tower are even considered to be no longer human, since they can live up to two hundred years and usually do not mix with normal humans since then, because of the own seclusion they tend to feel out of place with regular humans, however they don't have problems with other races. Neither do they consider themselves the same race as humans or humans consider them, especially not the wizards.

In fact the wizards are a group that is not affiliated with the tower, they are people who did not have the skills to enter, but have some kind of ability, usually they are grade one or two of magic, there are some with grade three. , but see it this way, the Highmage of the Tower is grade fifteen of magic which is the highest degree that a human can reach, a highly skilled elf can reach grade twenty. Leda is currently an eleventh grade achieving it at her age is really rear because she has yet to awaken her complete abilities because she still very young in Elven terms, of course she has dedicated her life to studying.

In the human world, it is not normal to travel on foot, after all you will spend so much time in the forest where wild animals or monsters of some kind can attack you.

- No Miss Sorceress, we will go in… -

- Leda -

Leda interrupted him

- Pardon? -

Ask the young knight

- My name is not miss, or sorceress or madam or any of the other strange titles used by you humans, the name that my parents gave me at birth, the one that connects me to the world and magic is Leda, please be free to use it all what you want -

Sir Phillip was surprised, it has always been said that sorcerers and especially elves are extremely proud, and they do not like beings without magical abilities or of other races to call them by name if it can be avoided. However, his father said, humans are seen by the other races as thieves and assassins that only care about their own greed, so he shouldn't get carried away by rumors, and as he just learned after the spell that she had just made, he'll not be judging by appearances either.

- All right, as you wish Lady Leda, we are going to go on horseback, from the question you asked me I assume you do not have one? -

Lady Leda? Better than Miss Sorceress, she guessed.

- No, we sorcerers walk, it is a tradition, it is to be able to have contact with the land, the forest and its inhabitants, it is impossible to learn from them at a distance or running in a hurry, don't you believe? -

Learning from the forest, if they like it is good He guessed, he personally prefers a hot bath, clean water, the chef's food, and closed windows where bugs don't get in. He honestly didn't see the fun of bathing in cold water in the river, drink water that may be dirty, food without seasonings and sometimes dirty, and bugs everywhere. That is what Sir.Phillip thought, although the real reason for his avoiding the outside was that when he was a child they went hunting and camping, and a tarantula, a snake and a scorpion got in the tent where he and the then Second Prince and Crown Prince were sleeping and he was so scare that since then he can't see an insect or snake, of course he was eight years old and the Second Prince killed all the bugs and the snake, that for some reason got on Sir.Phillip and Crown Princes and not the Second Prince…

- I guess so, to be honest, I never liked camping in the forest, I always get bitten by bugs. Since you don't have your own horse, you will ride with me, you don't mind I hope -

Leda was not bothered by that, but more on the line that she didn't like horses very much, actually she didn't get along with animals in general, but horses were the worst of them, according to her they smell bad, are clumsy, they attract flies, they leave their needs everywhere so that you can step on them and when you ride them for a long time your back and legs hurt, oh, I almost forgot, to make it worse they bite and kick, or so she says anyway, but to be fair horses don't like her very much either, so she was not very happy per say.

- No, with you it is fine, I have never been very skilled in the art of ridding them though, but I am sure that you will keep me safe. -

- With my life Lady Leda, after all I am a knight and it is my honor and duty to protect you my lady -

- Aha -

Exclaim Leda not very sure of what he just told her

- I don't have to feed it right? -

- Of course not, my Lady-

Sir Phillip was almost offended by the question, he would never make a Lady do labor, but she probably had bad experiences with horses.

- And how long is the trip going to last? Since we are on horseback the less the better! -

- If we leave now, it is midday so we should arrive more less in two days in the afternoon -

- Two whole days on horseback, hooray! -

She sarcastically said, with the least amount of joy and excitement that can be shown. She really doesn't like horses, he thought.

The knights brought the horses, Sir.Phillip help her get on the horse who was not happy to have her ride on him, but the was Sir.Phillips personal steed and with one looked behave himself, and they finally embarked on their journey.

Although there were not many inconveniences, the trip was quite calm, they camped in the forest at night and set up camp an hour before sunset, and during the day they had a pleasant conversation about the plants of the forest and animals, they went out at dawn, and contrary to Leda's fears the food was tasty, the hunted fresh meet and picked up some fruits like berries on the way, and since they were nice with her, she showed them various plants that can be use as condiments found in the forest that give the food a great flavor.

On the last day of the trip, while Leda was holding onto Sir Phillip's shoulders to keep from falling, and they saw a group of travelers pass by in the opposite direction. Sir Phillip was wondering why she would have packed up everything from home if she was just going to heal the minister and come back. At the time Leda was thinking that she should question the so-called wizards when suddenly Sir Phillip asked her:

- Lady Leda, can I ask you a question?? -

- Sure thing, what do you want to know Sir.Phillip -

Believe it or not, Leda does not dislike talking to the young colonel, he was not stupid and the conversation was enjoyable.

- Um... If you don't mind my intrusion, why pack up everything in your home if you're going to come back when you cure the minister?? -

That's a good question, Leda thought, this one is observant and asks the right questions just like his father. That is something that Leda liked in her friendships, that have to be smart.

- Well, I have three reasons, one I don't know how long I will be away and I have potions and other delicate things that if they are not given maintenance they'll spoiled, two I do not know what disease the minister is suffering, therefore I do not know what I will need, and lastly the last time I went out for more than a week, a family of raccoons entered my house and when I arrived, they had the baby in my clothes drawer. Also, I don't like going out without my personal things, which happened to be everything I own. So tell me, Sir Philip, does that satisfies your curiosity? -

It seemed to him that it made sense, but he also found it curious that an elf who is not supposed to be attached to material goods in the same way that humans are, would be so overprotective of her things, without mentioning that they are very animal friendly race and she definitely doesn't like animals very much, he learn that because of the conversations of the last two days.

- More like unusual, I would say -

- Unusual? Why? -

Why would it seem unusual, after all, is not that strange to keep raccoons away.

- Well, I had already noticed it before, but my Lady does not behave like the other elves that I have seen or heard in the stories -

The stories? What kind of stories do they tell? Leda wondered.

- Why, how do they describe us in the stories?? -

He was amused by the question and answered:

- Elves are said not to be attached to material goods and friendly to animals, also it is said that they do not like to spend time outside their territory when they travel so they travel in bokgems, which run twice as fast as a horse, and it's said that there is no better rider than an Elf, or archer, on the other hand it is said that they are very proud and do not give their name to anyone, and also hate talking to other species, especially humans, and even less helping them, but my father told me that my Lady has been helping humans and traveling in our territory for more than fifty years. -

- That Sir Philip is a good observation, regarding elves I would not know, the last time I saw an elf I was six years old, it seems that you have met more elves than me-

- I only knew one who was looking for a flower in the southern territory, and he was quite proud and not very happy to talk to me, he was riding on horseback so his bolgem was sick so I have never seen one. If you don't mind my question, why don't you know any other elves Lady Leda? -

She thought for a minute of silence in how to answer him, usually she doesn't like to talk about herself. But for some reason she decided to tell him, he had that feeling of trustworthy.

- If you really want to know, when I was six I was on a trip with my parents to find the meaning of some ancient runes that they dug in the territory of the Fay, but the only ones who could know something about them are the race of the Draco, at least that was what they told me, we had to go through the kingdom of Seren, but while we were going through it some bandits attacked us, my father grabbed his sword and my mother her magic staff and they both opposed them, the last thing I remember about them was that they told me to run as fast and far away as I could and I turned around and never saw them again. -

- The kingdom of Seren, I do not know it. -

That name has not been spoken in ninety years, calluses when the Great Empire of Glacia annihilated and absorbed it, no one remember them.

- That's because it fell under the Glacian Empire ten years later. -

- If you do not mind my rudeness, what happened next, a six year old elf alone, no matter where unless it is in the Elven territory it would be very likely that she would be in great danger. -

- You are right, in less than tow hours some unknown men tried to catch me, but I was scared and I tried to use my magical abilities to push them away, that made the men attack me faster to catch me but thanks to my magic, a sorcerer from the tower was close, and he felt my magic, came and made the men disappear, I was terrified but he approached me carefully and told me who he was and where he came from and he asked me what happened, I told him, he took my hand and led me to the tower, and there is where I grew up, I do not know elves because I have never seen them, I have no idea how they act or most of there traditions, even the language, I only remember the basic from when I was small. And I have not been helping humanity for fifty years, I left the tower to explore the world seventy years ago. -

The colonel was impressed by the story he had just heard, now the very human way of speaking and behaving of Lady Leda makes more sense.

- I'm very sorry about what happened to you -

- Thank you, but it's honestly my parents' fault for going through such a dangerous area -

- Even so, my Lady, at least as you say you were very lucky that the sorcerer of the tower who helped you, found you. -

Leda was amused that after a century the young man tried to give her comfort, after so long it is not that she even remembers the faces or voices.

- Thank you Sir Philip, but your feelings no longer makes sense, since that happened so long ago that those humans became dust a long ago. -

- Don't say that, parents are the most important thing and a loss like that, no matter how many years have passed, is still awful. Tell me, if you've been traveling for seventy years, why haven't you travelled to the Elkan territory?? -

- Well, well, I had already noticed, but you are quite the curious one. -

- It wasn't my intention to make my Lady feel uncomfortable, it's just that it's the first time I've heard of an elf being picked up by the tower.. -

- It is not so strange, the tower takes in many species, not only humans, as long as they have the ability of magic, although it is true that I am the only pure-blooded elf to have learned at the tower. -

- I have heard that there are even members of the race of… -

- Sir we are here -

A Knight, who was in front of them interrupted them, they were leaving the forest, about half a mile from the gate outside the capital.
