The Mugendanas were a very unexciting bunch. For many generations they've been quite boring;they lead uninteresting lives. Yet they led happy lives, living in the capital.
The only Mugendana who could be deemed curious was Hinotora Mugendana. Unlike Hinotora's brothers, who were all craftsmen, he was an adventurer;an amazing one at that. He had dozens of friends and was popular among the adventurer's guild.
Aiko Mugendana was the most ordinary woman in her district, yet her "unusual" father loved her dearly. Hinotora's wife died shortly after Aiko turned 5, so he spoiled Aiko rotten.
And yet Aiko turned out so different from her Father. She turned out like the other dull and unimpressive Mugendanas.
Aiko was a dressmaker, working as an assistant in a little shop in the capital. She was dull, but she was definitely beautiful. So when a travelling merchant, Mitsuo, came by, it was love at first sight.
Soon, Mitsuo settled down in Osnos, and opened a permanent shop in the outskirts. Unlike Aiko, Mitsuo was an interesting young man, full of ambition. Aiko soon fell in love with the young Mitsuo and they got married. Mitsuo was born to a merchant family with no last name, so he inherited the name: Mugendana.
Hinotora and Mitsuo got along amazing. Soon, Mitsuo joined Hinotora's party in the adventurers guild, and closed down his shop.
Soon he got stronger and made an amazing adventurer.
But another interesting thing about the Mugendanas was that they don't usually have a lot of Mana at birth. So they spend their life magicless, sometimes casting small spells to heat water or cool down their room.
It was just an ordinary day when, in the Capital (Osnos) of Crenia, in a two storey house in the outskirts, Ryutora Mugendana was born. Nobody knew at the time that the strongest would emerge from a boring magicless family. Nobody knew that Aiko Mugendana had given birth to the one destined to save them all.
That's right. Ryutora Mugendana was destined to bring back the greatness of the Mugendana, and the Aragon clan.
