"Kyle!" Kip yelped as he backed against the wall. His eyes darted toward the door Kyle was blocking. The only escape route given the window wasn't an option.
"Honestly there is no reason to be scared." Kyle replied and he pinned him against the wall. He grabbed his wrists and forced him onto the bed. "Would you just hold still?"
Kip struggled against him as Kyle pinned him on the bed with his weight. "Stop it!" Kip yelped. Kyle rolled his eyes.
"I already told you," Kyle flipped Kip onto his stomach still keeping one of his arms firmly pinned down so he couldn't get free, "It won't hurt if you just relax." He used his hands to carefully pull down Kip's pants. Kip squirmed against him in his desperate struggle to get free.
"Relax." He stated again, why did he make things so difficult? He began pulling down the edge of his underwear.
Kip turned his head around revealing his eyes as wide as dinner plates.
"You don't have to look you know." Said Kyle, "Some people say it's easier that way."
Kip let out a whimper and continued to stare at Kyle and his now exposed rear as Kyle jabbed a syringe of meds into the left side of his rear.
"See was that honestly so bad?" asked Kyle releasing the escape artist from his grasp.
"Yes" Kip replied firmly as if there was no denying it as a fact. "I hate that one the most."
"Really? I hadn't noticed" muttered Kyle sarcastically. "You can get stabbed by a sword or run over by a truck sized beast and smile, but world forbid you have to get a tiny little shot."
"Two totally different things you cannot compare them." Kip replied.
Kip stood up and pulled his pants back up. He stumbled slightly and Kyle caught him and guided him back to the bed having him lie down.
"Get some sleep," Kyle said gently.
"Yeah, yeah, stab me in the rear and hurt my soul why don't you." muttered Kip, then he added in a whisper "I love you."
"I love you too, and sometimes love hurts a little." Kyle replied kissing his forehead as his eyes flickered shut from the side effect of the meds.
Kyle reached down and pulled a blanket over him. He'd only be asleep for about two hours from it. Aww he was just so cute when he was sleeping though.
He quietly closed the door and left him to his snooze. Downstairs he ran into Cody cooking the turkey for thanksgiving.
"Hey you finally caught him did you?" Asked Cody.
"I've never met anyone as bad at taking a shot as him." Kyle replied.
At the stove Connor snickered. "It'd be tough to beat him for that title since he spent four hours hiding from you in the bathroom after spending three in his room."
Cody glanced at the clock, "well the first guests aren't coming until five, so he should be up by then."
Kyle pulled out his phone to check the guests coming, Jay and James, Lavalilly and Blazestar, several guild people, goodness too many people really.
He headed back toward his room to grab his phone charger when he overheard Cody whisper to Connor. "Hey how far have those two gotten in their relationship?"
"I caught them sleeping together yesterday but that's all I've seen." Connor whispered back.
Idiots I can hear you thought Kyle and then he smiled. They had gotten a little further than that. Not that he would ever let those two find out.
Each day was perfect to him because Kip was in it. His heart felt free and light, true happiness. He wouldn't trade it for the world.
