LADY MARINA
The sky has changed from clear blue to its now pinkish hue, announcing that the sun was about to retire.
The royal soldiers were already changing shifts and some of them were already bidding farewell to their comrades, excited to return to their families that were awaiting them.
But Marina still stood like a statue, unwavering in her position as she waited for the King.
"Why don't you talk to him tomorrow morning, my lady? As far as I know, he doesn't have any plans then," Lord Emilio spoke from behind her.
She was so engrossed with her thoughts that she didn't realize that someone was already with her, aside from her servants.
"My lord," they all bowed down to him in respect. And so does Marina.
But still, she couldn't hide the scowl on her face.
It was an expression that she doesn't do so often nowadays.
She was happy for three years, almost living in the Castle and being one of the main advisers of the King.
