The entire bureau was in dead silence. shockingly, the thieves who had attacked were none other than the mystics. Jackline who was punched by that venom was immediately taken to the hospital along with Jace who had carried her in an unconscious state. throughout the way while driving he was highly worried for her and kept on looking at her every two minutes.
Miranda was continuously trying to keep Jackline awake but the venom in Jackline's body was quite strong. it had started to show its true potential as she had started to drift to an unconscious state.
"No... No..." Miranda muttered while trying to call out for Jackline and was shaking her by her shoulders.
Jace instantly looked behind and asked in panic.
" What happened? Is she alright?"
