Dawayne looked at Jace whose eyes were right now focussed somewhere else. He followed his line of gaze and saw Jackline standing over his cabin door and handing some file to one of the co-worker. Probably she had stuff to discuss with Dawayne and was stopped by some of the workers for work. Chuckling softly, Dawayne casually asked.
"Are you trying to get into her?"
Jace lifted the corner of his lips into an evil smirk and mentioned.
"No doubt, she is interesting!"
However, the next sentence from Dawayne made his eyes darkened with hatred flashing into his eyes while he clenched his fists.
"She is from the Protectors."
Jace felt like being suffocated. Gritting his teeth in anger he suddenly looked at Jackline with hatred and vengeance filled in his eyes however it soon turned back to normal when Jackline entered the cabin.
" Sir these are some of the files that need your sign immediately."
