Vicky arrived at the location Mia gave her. Vicky stopped her bike, and looked around, Mia was nowhere in sight. Vicky sighed, and sat on her bike. She looked at the entrance on the alley, as the sound of another bike grew close.
Mia emerged with her bike. She got off, and stood a few feet away from Vicky. She had her hand on her pistol.
"I'm not here to fight," Vicky said, noticing Mia's hand.
"Then why did you call me here?" Mia asked.
"You were right, about Claire. We're just lapdogs to her," Vicky replied.
"No you're just a lapdog to her," Mia said walked towards Vicky. She stood face to face with Vicky.
"I should have listened to you in the first place," Vicky said.
"You never listen to me," Mia said, as soon as Vicky finished, and continued "Even after being there for you through everything. You acted like my opinions were nothing."
"I see that now. And I want to apologise for it," Vicky said.
"Do you really want to apologise to me?" Mia asked. She was asking genuinely.
"Yes!" Vicky replied.
"Follow me then," Mia said, as she turned around, to get to her bike.
"Since when did you want me to do something for you, to apologise?" Vicky asked.
"Because you never apologised for something this big before," Mia said, getting on her bike. She looked back at Vicky and asked "Why are you apologising to me?"
"Should I not?" Vicky asked.
"Why now?" Mia asked.
"I messed up. I messed up, and saw Claire's true colours. I've messed up several times, and you've always just been you, but Claire… she showed me who she really is," Vicky replied.
"How'd you mess up?" Mia asked.
"Wyatt took me to capture this guy, who stole some device that can destroy the city, from the lab, the same time we attacked the lab. The guy got the better of me in a fight, and kidnapped Wyatt. He told me to send a message to Claire, that if she doesn't give the technology used on Clara, he'll use the device to destroy the city, and pin it on Wyatt," Vicky replied.
"Shouldn't you be out there trying to rescue Wyatt? Maybe your new friends can help," Mia said.
"Maybe I should stop caring so much," Vicky replied. Mia stared at Vicky.
"What changed? A few hours ago you were ready to protect everyone," Mia said.
"Maybe I came back to my senses," Vicky said, getting on her bike, she looked at Mia and continued "I wanted to get revenge for what happened to Leo. As long as Caiden and Alex are out there, I haven't finished my mission."
"Now there's the Icicle I remember," Mia said.
Vicky followed Mia out of the alley. They arrived at a bank.
"What are we doing here?" Vicky asked.
"We're going to play old school today. Like when before we had enough Raina Cred to get around," Mia replied.
"We're going to rob a bank?" Vicky asked.
"Yes. I could use more Raina Cred," Mia replied, and continued "It always helps to keep some in store."
Vicky watched as Mia got out of her bike. Vicky followed Mia.
"Do you at least have a plan?" Vicky asked.
"Since when did we have a plan for anything?" Mia asked. Vicky smirked.
Mia walked through the entrance of the bank. She held her pistols at everyone in the bank, and looked at Vicky.
"On the ground!" Vicky said, she had her pistols out too. The player at the counter pressed the button for the alarm.
"Aww! What was that for?" Mia asked. She shot the player.
Vicky walked behind the counter. She transferred the money to her and Mia's accounts, and deleted all history.
"Let's go," Vicky said, rushing towards the exit.
"Send a message to Claire," Mia said. Vicky stopped and looked at Mia.
"What? We have to go, before the police arrive," Vicky replied.
"Let's cause some trouble. Have some actual fun for once, instead of worrying about anything," Mia said. She was still pointing her pistol at the others in the bank. Everyone was lying on the ground.
A player stood up from the ground.
"Get on the ground!" Vicky demanded.
"You think you can steal our money, right in front of us. No! Your reign is over," the player said. He reached for his gun. Mia shot the player without thinking twice.
"Anyone else want to play the hero?" Mia asked. The other players looked at the ground.
"Let's go," Vicky said.
"No! Not until you show me you truly apologise to me," Mia said. She looked at Vicky, and then at Vicky's gun.
"No!" Vicky said.
"Prove it!" Mia said.
"Icicle!" a young player said, he stood up near the player that Mia shot. "Why are you stealing from us? You're a hero."
"I am not a hero, never was. Never will be," Vicky replied. She turned to Mia, and said "Let's go."
Mia stood holding the gun at the few players in the bank.
"I got a much better idea. What are your account numbers?" Mia asked. She put her guns back on her holster. Vicky looked at Mia. Players started giving their account numbers.
"What are you doing?" Vicky asked.
"Most of the money in this bank belongs to those jerks at Raina Corp. The board members, higher than Wyatt. We give the money to the players. Hurry up, we must have a few minutes before the police arrive," Mia said.
Vicky rushed behind the counter. She divided the money among the players in the bank, and then cleared the history.
"Whoa!" the young player said, checking his head-up display.
"Let's go now," Vicky said. Mia smirked, nodded her head, and walked out the bank. There was a team of soldiers outside the bank.
"Already!" Mia asked. Vicky followed Mia, and was greeted by the guns.
"Here I thought you might actually be searching for my father," Claire said, walking through the line of soldiers.
"I'm not your weapon Claire. I'm no one's weapon," Vicky replied.
