Work had finally started to calm down after two weeks of being in London. My schedule was less chaotic meaning I actually had some time off during the weekend, which was filled with relaxing and Vasili deliberately trying to annoy me.
Monday morning I was back in the office and unfortunately for me it was also one of the most boring days of my life. Everything seemed to be going awfully slow and I had no idea if it was because I was on top of my work or missing something vital.
"Allison are you sure there are no meetings today?" I went over to her desk as she typed away on her computer.
She gave me a blank stare, probably tired of me coming to bother her every few seconds, "Do you want a meeting? Should I call up random clients and ask them if they want a meeting with you to fill the void inside your chest."
