The Mother let go of her severe look for a brief moment to cast one filled with fondness and love towards her servant, smiling gently at her.
"I know, my love. I know very well. I also could see it in her. I just didn't expect her to have such a sudden change in attitude after killing hundreds, if not a thousand, of my ambassadors without hesitation..."
After saying that, however, the Mother narrowed her eyes at Susan once again with a wise expression.
