Clay enhanced his legs with "Willpower". All he needed to reinforce each fiber of his muscles was nothing but a second. His control over his energy was just as high as his own rank as an Ascendant, so his energy could travel inside and outside of his body in such a way that just a few other Ascendants in the world were capable of doing.
