Dean was a bit farther away from the campfire that Paul and his partners made. They agreed that it wouldn't be good for them if they stayed too far from each other, so Dean made sure to make his campfire as close to theirs as possible.
He was sitting beside the fire, feeling the warmness involving his body and making the coldness go away gradually. Open woods like that one were always very cold. The wind traveled easily from between the trees, causing a cold breeze to constantly strike their bodies.
Claire was lying in Dean's lap. She was breathing with difficulty, one could even think that she had a fever or something. Nonetheless, Dean knew very well why she was feeling like that.
He gently moved his hand towards her belly, caressing it delicately. She was feeling a lot of pain there. Her organs were all messed inside, some even got thoroughly pierced by the bishop's attack.
