Clay looked around while holding his scimitars as tightly as he could. His brows were furrowed as he tried to sort out the situation. He knew that something was off there.
'There is something wrong here... I can't remember what happened one second ago. I just remember that I was fighting against that white-haired guy. We had a brief conversation, then...' he narrowed his eyes to the corridor in front of him, 'that guy simply disappeared in the blink of an eye, leaving nothing but silence.'
Clay felt very frustrated because the more he tried to remember what happened afterward, the less he could find inside his mind. No matter how much time he spent doing so, he just felt more lost.
'I gotta be very careful about this situation... It can be a spell of some sort, maybe... But what kind of spell would have such an effect? He could have teleported or something like this, but it feels wrong, somehow.'
