Clay knew exactly the terror of that spell. If Yuki was able to cast it, they wouldn't be able to beat her. That spell was feared for the most amazing Ascendants among the squadrons, and it matched her style completely.
The only weakness of that spell was the time that Yuki needed to cast it, but she probably passed the last years improving her skills so she could cast it faster than before. If that was the case, the spell got even more frightening.
