Yuki pointed at Paul with a carefree smile. She seemed to be enjoying the plot twist that was unfolding there.
"W-What!? Paul? Why would you make such a fuss just because of a slave?"
Yuki, of course, didn't reply to him. Instead, she just kept smiling as she walked toward the slave.
"That's only my duty as a subordinate of the higher-ups, Rick," she finally said as she grabbed the kid by his collar. 'I cannot say anything, and I probably wouldn't know a thing, about their intentions by charging me of such a task. I just do what others tell me to do. You wouldn't know since you never listened to anything that others ever said to you."
Rick was getting flabbergasted by the turn of events. He didn't expect that Nero would start to act on the very first hours that they were inside his refuge.
