"You idiot!" The shout of a woman echoed in the kitchen of the bar, which was too busy for others to care for it at all.
"That's a good way to welcome me after a so long time, Elise..." Rick said with a tired voice and a dejected expression.
"How do you want me to react after so many years!? Did you think that I would bring you here and excitedly hug you with happiness after so much time worrying about you? Do you know how many nights I wasn't able to sleep because of you?" The woman was very angered at Rick. She wanted to dismantle him and put his limbs to boil on one of the rusty pans of the kitchen.
"I can't believe you!" She cursed while walking in circles with both her fists clenched.
"If I was you, I would relax before...", before Rick could finish, a fist flew towards his face and struck him in his eye.
'Damn it...' He thought in the middle of the impact. 'It will surely leave a mark.'
