Dean was panting while kneeling on the ground. His heartbeat seemed to echo across that tunnel, which more than 80% was now buried in rocks and dust.
He looked intently at that scene in front of him as his body shivered in fear.
'I could have been the one under this wreckage if I didn't act fast enough back then...' He thought, sighing hard. He felt that a huge burden was leaving his shoulder. Now he was able to breathe properly again.
'After punching that rock guy with all my might, I was sure that all the energy I gathered on my arm would explode and make the ceiling finally collapse. That's why I had in mind that, after punching him, I would need to give it my all to run away and avoid getting buried in these rocks.'
Dean was able to do both, kill the golem and not get buried. Nonetheless, there was a problem with that. Something that he was trying to avoid before but that now would be another handicap for him in his next decisive battle.
