Dean could finally get to eat something after a couple of hours. He never needed to eat raw meat before, so it felt weird for him.
'The taste is terrible, also like the texture. I needed to eat carefully each bit not to throw it all out, but I could do it in the end. There is a lot of corpses inside here yet, and I am not sure that I will eat everything before they start to rot. However, I just killed this much because of my frenzy from some hours ago, so I think it's okay if it happens. I will just need to hunt more, it was on my plan previously.'
Think about his frenzy wasn't something comfortable for Dean, but he couldn't avoid the matter all the time. Besides, he was leaving that episode in the past and looking forward. If he kept worrying about such things, he never would be able to get out of that cave alive, much less live there without getting killed.
