Once both swords touched each other, a huge explosion was caused due to the clash against their "Willpower".
Dean and Perseus got launched back, not being able to withstand the impact. Of course, the one that got injured the most out of that clash was Dean, but he didn't falter nor hesitated when he regained his balance again and shot forward, swinging Excalibur once again.
Harpe followed Excalibur's assault by clashing against it, generating another explosion. Nonetheless, this time around neither sides allowed themselves to be repelled. They planted their feet on the ground, sinking them inside the snow, and forcing their bodies to stay in the same place.
When the shockwave was gone, they both fought against the dizziness of their minds and the exhaustion of their harmed bodies and attacked once again.
