"What do you think?" The fool asked, seated on top of a rock and looking at the opened ceiling of the cave where he lived for many years.
He had his eyes closed as he asked that question. A ray of light was penetrating the cave's collapsed ceiling and reaching his face. However, it wasn't sunlight at all. It was warm and felt good when it touched his skin, but wasn't the real deal. His entire body shivered once that ray touched it and he felt deeply into his heart that he recognized that kind of energy, that sensation.
The Abyssal King looked at the man that initiated his monotonous days, ending with his sovereignty over Saphyr. Even though a lot of time passed already, the dragon couldn't look at his face without wanting to kill him. It was difficult even to bring himself to talk with that man.
