A tense atmosphere engulfed the Hao mansion. Charles and Donna were in the living room, sipping wine. Donna noted that Charles was thinking hard and she knew exactly what it was.
"It's about the land, isn't it?" she asked him. "The ones that the Kim's are demanding from us?"
"Yes…" Charles sighed. "That bitch of a late wife of mine has been a pain in the ass! She's laughing at us from the grave! Can't believe that she managed to upstage me."
