Victor looked at Persephone, comparing the image he had of her from Adonis' memories and his own.
And comparisons couldn't be drawn; she appeared utterly different. She had truly flourished from the difficulties she'd faced and achieved her true potential.
Now, she resembled a Queen more than ever before.
Victor's feelings for Persephone were complicated. The reason for that being, due to recent developments, he'd become more attuned to Creation. He also understood that Persephone's actions played a significant part in shaping who he currently was.
