"Kai!!! Kai!! Kai!!"
a sweet voice with light laughter constantly repeating a name and a blur vision of a boy and a girl running holding each others hand ,suddenly all turns into bloodshed', ring' ring' alarm clock rang and suddenly kai opened his eyes and found himself sweating in the bed. " shhh... same dream from past 12 years but still can't see anything clear" 'kai said and move forward to the bathroom washed his face and kept looking in the mirror then started brushing.
Hii!!! I am kai, 24 years old having same dream since my 12 birthday, and best writer in the Seoul....okayyy not yet but it's my dream and I will fulfill this dream one day but it hard because right now I am an underrated writer whose novel can't even made into top 100 , struggling from past five years.
"door bell ringing"
Kai, "now let me introduce you to my one and only friend Mino" Kai opened the gate and a boy in his early twenties with a big smile jumped over Kai after struggling for 2 minutes Kai pushed him and gave an annoying face to him .
" brother I missed you so much and I know you also missed me that's why I came back early " said Mino. " with fake big grin I missed you not even for once you can go back " said Kai. Mino with disappointment hoped on sofa " I knew it but you don't have to be that honest , you're best in spoiling mood annoying jerk." said Mino.
Kai ignored him and kept his focus on making coffee. " we have to go to office before 10am today is the ranking day " said Kai . "okeyy!! dookey!!! , what do you think who will be in top 10 this time." said Mino with naughty face. " I don't know but I'm sure that's not me , and I know why you are asking this question you one of the top 10 writer the great Mino , narcissistic" said Kai .
"hahahaha " Mino laughed.
Kai" this is Mino my friend and one of top 10 writer I actually hate every last month of day because it's the day when our rankings came and I have to hear two hours nonsense on my incompetence from our head ,Mino don't have to worry about this day but for me it's always a currdy day I envy him for being carefree about this but I also love him because he is my best friend I just feel ashamed of being a drag on name of his as friend but he never left me he always being loyal to me so am I".
Mino and Kai both entered office take lift and headed to the ranking room. "Everyone congratulate Mino because he is again one of the top 10 writer and as always I called to the head's office" said Kai, standing on the gate and thought about next two hours and take deep sigh and went in , a man in his mid 40's threw papers on his face and started yelling at him, Kai collected all papers and keep them on table and the person still yelling on him " you only have four months to prove your competence, I am not going to renew our contract you should give up or give best content and make into at least top 50 rankings because being in top 10 is never going to happen for you". "I'll try my best sir" said Kai and went out from the building standing on the entrance of building, discouraged and stressed out ,sighed with tiredness started walking, after few steps it started raining he smirked ,standing in rain without an umbrella and said " this is my life , and it literally sucks,".
