At the entrance of the valley, Mike and Timus laid on a big rock as they enjoyed the sunshine.
Gerald was pacing back and forth uneasily.
A slight sound of horse hooves was heard, and all the Centaurs' eyes were focused on him.
"Gerald, I'm back!" The Centaur leaned out of the canyon entrance and said in a low voice.
From his sneaky look, one could tell how nervous he was.
"Great, you're finally back... how's the situation?" Gerald was obviously a little nervous. He paused abruptly as he spoke, and then only asked about the serious matter.
"The situation is very good. The adult stone giants seem to have gone to work, and only some children are left there."
After saying that, the centaur stared at Gerald and said nothing. Not only him, but all the centaurs waited for Gerald's order.
