After the movie night, Bakugo´s lockdown ended so we are all present in class.
"So yesterday we talked about work studies. We had a conference with the teachers about it. Some of the teachers and mainly the principal were against it."
"What?!?" Class
"On the other hand, there were some teachers saying that we are too overprotective. We agreed that you can go on a work-study. However, we will allow only agencies with proven track records to take you on."
Fel definitely doesn´t have that.
"What exactly is considered a proven track record?"
"Thay had to accept work studies at least three times." Aizawa
Well, that sucks.
"That´s all for today so I´m passing the word to Ectoplasm." Aizawa
THE NEXT MORNING
I once again rang Fel´s number.
"Hello"
"*yawn* Hi" Fel
"You know about the work studies?"
"Yup, Rei told me." Fel
"Great, we are living in school dorms, because of safety, right?"
"Yeah, You were attacked at the training camp."
"Exactly, so the school is concerned about our safety and they only allow agencies with proven track records to offer work studies to us."
"That´s no problem. I can take care of that."
"What? How?"
"Rei!"
"Give me five more minutes." says Rei sleepily in the background.
"Do we still have the things that mom gave us?" Fel
"Yeah, we have a few of them in the warehouse!" Rei
"Awesome" Fel
"U done?"
"Yes" Fel
"How exactly are you gonna convince the school?"
"I´m gonna do a thing we in the biz call bribery." Fel
"*sigh* Don´t get yourself arrested."
"Don´t worry. It´s not my first time." Fel
You´re not helping yourself.
"Then I´ll see you later."
"Bye" Fel
I hope he´s not doing some stupid shit. I sent Rei the forms school gave us for the work studies and gone down to the common area.
I haven´t even made my breakfast and already got a message from Fel that my work studies will start tomorrow.
I really need to know what they gave to Nezu cause it surely isn´t money.
I told Kaminari and Jiro that we´re going on the work studies and they grew a little suspicious of Fel. I don´t blame them, though. He´s full of surprises.
A day later when school ended I got a text from Rei saying I should gather Jiro and Kaminari in front of our dorm.
We are standing with our costumes in hand waiting for I don´t know what.
"What am I doing with my life?" Kaminari
"Dunno" Kira, Jiro
We hear some loud sounds in the sky and a helicopter starts descending right next to us.
"That´s so epic, bro!" Kaminari
"Are you serious? I never flew in a helicopter." Jiro
What the fuck did he give to Nezu to allow him to bring a helicopter into the school grounds?
The helicopter lands on the road just in front of the road.
"Get on!" Fel
We board the helicopter and sit in the back next to Fel.
"Who´s driving???" Kaminari
"Don´t panic. It is radio controlled." Fel
"Oh, that´s some high-tech stuff." Kaminari
"How did you bribe the school?"
"Well you know how my quirk is just making overpowered swords and shit." Fel
"Yeah"
"I kind of got that quirk from my mother. You see, she can make some sci-fi guns and they don´t even disappear after a while as mine do." Fel
"You didn´t just give the U.A. superpowered rifles, did you?"
"No, I didn´t give them superpowered rifleS. I gave them just one." Fel
"..."
"So hi to you newcomers. I´m Fel and we´ll get to the agency in about two hours."
He´s just gonna gloss over that?
"I´m Kaminari Denki and my quirk is Electrification!" Says Kaminari while forming sparks on his hand.
"I´m Jiro Kyoka and my quirk is called Earphone Jack."
"Nice to meet you, youngsters." Fel
"Can you show us the weapons?" Kaminari
"Of course" Fel
Fel goes to the storage and starts rummaging through some stuff.
"Rei, what is this one called?" Says Fel into the earpiece
He comes back with a giant futuristic-looking rifle.
"This thing´s apparently called Glaxion and it shoots a freezing beam."
"That´s so cool!" Kaminari
For the rest of the ride, Fel shows us the whole arsenal.
"Why didn´t we use them in the internship?"
"My mother worked in the HPSC in the past so they don´t really like seeing these things. They say it endangers the public and some other bullshit. I can use them, but I need to send them a report after that." Fel
"Can´t you just lie about stuff like this?"
"That would end up awesome. I´d bring the villain into a police station looking like a fucking ice statue and they wouldn´t suspect a thing, right?" Fel
"That´s true."
"Is everyone there like this?" Jiro whispers to me.
"Don´t worry. He´s the exception. The other two are pretty normal."
"I hear you and you know that." Fel
"What are we gonna do today?" says Jiro, changing the subject.
"You´re going to get to know the work environment." Fel
"That´s the code for I don´t know."
"Hey! Shut up! I will introduce you two to Skywave, Coms, and because we don´t have a mission I´ll send you home."
"What did we bring our costumes for, then?" Kaminari
"I don´t know. I didn´t ask you to bring them. Anyway, we´re here." Fel
The helicopter landed in the back of the agency.
"After the helicopter, I expected something more ... modern." Jiro
"Yeah, this looks like an old warehouse." Kaminari
"That´s the art of deception. Come in." Fel
We came inside the agency.
"I´ll start with a tour. Kira, you´ve already seen everything here so you can do what you want." Fel
"Okay"
I went inside Coms´ office.
"Hey! Nice to see you again." Yoshiro
"You too! What are you doing."
"Nothing much. We didn´t get a request for a few days so it´s like having a vacation." Yoshiro
"You wanna see something interesting?"
"Show me." Yoshiro
I pull Stray Cat out of Killer Queen´s abdomen.
*meow*
"What even is that?" Yoshiro
"A flower with a quirk."
"I haven´t seen anything like that." Yoshiro
"Right? It can eat, move and control air."
"There are a lot of animals with quirks but I think this is the first plant I´ve heard of." Yoshiro
Upon hearing this Stray Cat does another goofy dance.
"Is this normal?" Yoshiro
"Yeah, it does that when it´s happy."
*bzzt bzzt*
One of the monitors lights up.
"Oh, we have another request, from the Americans." Yoshiro
"I´ll go get Fel."
