Even though Evan was better than Arthur at commanding, in the end, he was just one person. His eyes could not be everywhere at once.
Arthur noticed a Divine Human battalion making a steady advance towards a critical checkpoint—a narrow pass between two mountains. If they managed to seize it, they could split the demon army in half and disrupt the entire front line.
"The central pass is our lifeline. We can't let them take it."
One of the Demon Generals noticed this as well and spoke, his tone calm but urgent.
"Summon the Drakon Guard from the eastern front and have them reinforce the chokepoint."
"The dragon riders are perfect for a shock assault."
Two others concurred with the first's words, and this drew Evan's attention towards this point and the boy nodded.
"Let them hit the Divines with everything they've got—fire, claws, and teeth. They need to break their momentum."
