Pero tulad din nang sabi nila, too much is bad. Sa sobrang pagmamahal mo sa isang tao, may mga nakakalimutan ka na, isa na don ang sarili mo.
In love, you give your all. That's why you need to love yourself first, before loving anyone else. They say, "Binibigay mo kasi lahat kaya ikaw ang nasasaktan sa huli, ikaw ang kawawa." But for me?, Kailangan mo naman talagang ibigay lahat sa mahal mo, but it doesn't mean mawawalan ka na ng pagmamahal sa sarili mo, kaya nga love yourself first diba? Kasi kung mamahalin mo muna sarili mo, you'll be able to learn to love someone and give your all just like how you love yourself, hindi padin gets? I mean nakaya mo'ng mahalin sarili mo diba? Binibigay mo lahat ng kaya mo for yourself, nasasaktan ka, pero bumabangon ulit for yourself, gano'n din sa pagmamahal, you'll give your all but it doesn't mean walang matitira sa sarili mo.
They say, give your all and let your partner fulfill you. But no, we don't need someone to fulfill us, we're already complete, gusto lang natin ng taong tatanggap sa'tin ng buo. In love, you don't ask for exchange, you love that person because you love that person, not because you want that person to love you back, sounds martyr? But that's the truth.
That's what i realized after what happened in the journey of my life. A journey that changed my description about things
I met a man who made me change a lot of things in my life, a change that made me the person i am today.
He was the reason behind those smiles even though i was in pain. He was the reason behind those laugh even though I'm crying. But he was also the reason behind those pain and crying nights.
And i will never regret it.
And if loving him will break me, then I'm already broken.
