anyone can do it you don't need any professional trainer, big equipment all you need is right kind of "motivation"
I lost 14 kg in 30 days ( could have done more if friends didn't help me in cheating)
so here's how and why I did it(long answer up ahead)
Mind it.why do you want to lose weight?If you have any reason,that is the motivation for you.so keep it.
how I did it- I went to a professional trainer he told it's very very difficult I would need fat cutter and all that stuff and suddenly my father said bullsh*t he was hockey captain for Haryana team in past days and won national so he told me nothing is impossible with hard work and told me to take it naturally
and here journey began*MORNING*
woke up around 6 am, get ready for workout wore a jacket(in April☹️) start workout around 6:30 I changed my workout every 10 days so my body doesn't get habitual
1st (10)-5 km jogging I was not capable of even 1 km jogging but anyways by taking rest or anything I did it, the. 10×100mt. sprint with increasing energy input 1st and last sprint almost timed same even if I was tired that's increasing energy input
2nd(10)- 2000–3000 rope skipping ( even if u break chain don't stop just keep on going), 500mt. sprint afterwards then a bit of PT
3rd(10)- 2 km jogging then without break 1 km fast jogging and then pushups pullups core workout
all lasted around 1:30 hour
*NOON SESSION*
most crucial instead of 2 workout sess. I did 3 and 3rd one was at noon right 12:00 in so much heat I wore a jacket and all stuff, this workout remained same whole month cuz I loved it I went cycling for 35kms yeah right 35
I literally bathed in sweat but enjoyed it
*evening*
4:30 I took it a bit easy but long cuz my energy was almost drained and I couldn't go intense so I mixed it up - 3km jogging 1000 rope skipping pushups pull-up basic workout then played badminton 1 hr aggressively
that's the workout now most important thing diet
DIET- its the key to success
here's my full day diet
after morning workout -1 pomegranate, 5–5 almonds and cashew
before noon workout-2 full cucumbers and 1–2 tomato
afternoon workout 1 glass juice (not any packed juice it contains sugar so homemade)
before evening sess. papaya, apple, any other fruit
1 ate 1 chapatti at night I couldn't sleep without me but with plain dal with no spaces or salt and again any fruit
small things to follow all-day
green tea before every workout
take lime in mouth and keep sucking in while workout until it's dry citric helps loose weight
eat mausambi or kinu every while u feel hungry
no salt no sugar no spices and you would hit it
drink as much water as u can I drank 6 litres throughout the day
