"You sound surprised for a near-goner. Let's go now if you don't want to be a true-goner." Wyatt grabbed Jasper, wrapping his arms around his body. More ice thurst at them. Wyatt started evading the ice.
Jasper remained in Wyatt's arms, being carried like a baby. "H-how are you not dead?" he asked, quizzical.
Wyatt dashed right. "I have a hardening ability. I lost one of my kidneys, yes, but," he spun, dodging a flying speck of ice, "I'm able to live without it."
Jasper had fumbled. "What about t-the huge hole in your body ... where'd it go?"
Wyatt kicked off the wall. "I closed it," he dodge an ice spike, "with," he dodged another, "my ability," he caught a third ice spike, catching it and crushing it with his palm all while carrying Jasper.
"How'd you do that? Do you have two abilities? A healing one?" Jasper asked.
