'Where am I.' Amber asked when she noticed she wasn't at the restaurant anymore. But unlike her usual nightmares, it was light out. Sun blinded her eyes when she looked up from the floor.
'What the hell happened?' She thought as she stood from the ground.
'Watch.' She heard the same whisper, beside her ears and flinched. She looked around her, surprised to see that no one else was there with her.
'Again, who are you and why can I hear though I'm not talking right now.'
'Hm, perhaps it's because I'm in your head.' He chuckled.
'You didn't answer my first question.'
There was a pause before he answered, 'Let's just say I'm helping out a friend.'
'Who? Who's your friend? Why do they want you to help me?' She asked but the man didn't bother to answer her.
'Forget it. I want you to get me out of this.' She decided to study her surroundings and furrowed her brows as she examined the houses. She knew where she was.
