Amber pulled away from the kiss, her lips throbbing, "I missed you too." She then pointed to his lips, "Those too." She pecked him and took a seat at the end of the bed.
Arveion picked up on her saddened features and intertwined their hands,"I heard what you did." He told her and her eyes immediately flickered up to him.
"You did, Arveion I—"
"No." He caressed her hands,"It was badass." He smirked,"You did the right thing."
"Thank you." Tears threatened to fall from her sockets but she replaced it with a smile.
"Though I agree it was reckless...you did the right thing. Having to be in the middle of a situation like that is hard, I know, I wished I was there for you." He sighed.
"It's okay. You're already here for me. Coming back to you everyday is what I look forward to."
"I look forward to it too." He smirked at her and Amber rolled her eyes. She turned her head over her shoulder when she felt fingers twirling in her hair.
