To Jaylee's complete surprise the Grove High Girl's Volleyball Team won the game with a score of 15 to 4, she still doesn't know how she'd been able to stay so focused with Jacob's furious gaze following and boring holes into her the entire time. And the biggest plus is that it wasn't Elisha to get the winning spike....it was Kylie.
After the members of both Teams and the Coaches shake hands at the finish of the game, Jaylee notices Elisha from the corner of her eye openly trying to gain Jacob's attention and his blatantly ignoring her completely, but then Jaylee's attention snaps to Chris as he approaches her with a wide grin, and he says with an awkward laugh. 'I have to say I never gave much thought to the Volleyball Team but I'm glad I gave it a shot tonight.'
Jaylee gives a slight lift to one eyebrow in amusement and a smile tugs at her lips, and she asks with amusement. 'Oh? And what made you decide to come see us for the first time tonight?'
Chris suddenly shows signs of embarrassment as a blush shows on his cheeks, and he says. 'I think the answer is pretty obvious....you, Jaylee.'
Now, she's the one blushing and her eyes widen, and she asks. 'Me?' Chris swallows hard and nods his head in answer and as she starts to open her mouth to tease him playfully she notices Jacob coming towards them and his eyes blazing with open chilling rage.
Chris notices the sudden change in her then he looks just as Jacob stops next to Jaylee grabbing her so tightly by an arm his fingers dig into her flesh and she knows she's going to have bruises for sure, and Jacob says through clenched teeth. 'We're leaving. Now.'
Jaylee gives Chris an apologetic look then flinches in pain when Jacob squeezes her arm harder and even though Chris looks like he wants to speak up he thins his lips as his eyes meet Jacob's before Jacob drags Jaylee away by her arm. Once outside the school, Jaylee tugs at her arm trying to free herself from Jacob's vice like grip, and she snaps angrily. 'Let go, you're hurting me. You have no right to manhandle me like this....'
She cries out in sharp teeth chattering pain as Jacob slams her back against the passenger door of his car really hard and brings his face an inch away from hers, where any who passes by will think they are sharing an intimate encounter, and he hisses in a hard enraged voice. 'I have ALL RIGHTS to do whatever the fuck I want to you....when and wherever I want. That even includes right here in front of your little fuck buddy.'
Jaylee doesn't even think before she brings up her free hand and slaps Jacob across his face twice and when she prepares to strike him a third time his hand shoots out gripping her wrist almost crushingly then he pinned her arms behind her back making her defenseless, and she pleads tearfully. 'Please let go, you're really hurting me.'
The smile that spreads over his face is one that scares her all the way through to her soul, and he says quietly. 'Let that guy come near you again, Jaylee, and that's when I do really hurt you....but not before I make you watch what I'll do to him.'
After this very serious threat, he releases her arms from behind her back but only to keep his grip on both arms then slam his mouth down onto hers in a bruising possessive kiss, and he uses his teeth to bite her bottom lip making her gasp so he can fully dominate her mouth with his tongue. Then he pulls back and yanks open the car door and without a word she gets into the car.

After they'd come home, Jaylee heads into the kitchen sensing Jacob following behind her, and as she stops at the counter to reach up to the cupboard so she can get a glass for some juice, Jacob comes up behind her so closely she can feel the large hard bulge at the front of his jeans against her ass, and he uses the pads of his fingers to brush her hair from her right shoulder to her left then presses soft kisses up the side of her neck up to her ear then he trails his tongue along her earlobe, then he says honestly. 'I don't want to or even like to hurt you, baby, so just don't keep pushing my buttons.'
Jaylee is beginning to wonder if Jacob is possibly Bipolar with as many mood swings he goes through, but instead she asks. 'How does Walter know who your Real Father is and that he's in Prison?'
Jacob goes as still as a stone statue behind her and Jaylee instantly regrets asking the question, and as she begins to form an apology he turns her to face him then tilts her chin up so she looks into his eyes full of confusion and questions, and he asks. 'Who told you Walter has this information, Jaylee?'
'I overheard him saying something about it on the phone the day you were expelled from school. I questioned Karen and she just said that Walter has friends in high places.' Jaylee says at length watching the range of emotions flashing within his eyes.
His jaw clenches causing a tick in his jaw then he pops his jaw, then he says. 'I see. You just let me deal with this....I know your friends are coming over for a party so you should just get ready for that.'
She blinks slowly as his mood changes yet again but at the mention of people coming to the house she is reminded of the conversation she'd overheard between Elisha and another girl on the Team, but she isn't given a chance to ask him about it because he releases her chin then turns and walks out of the kitchen like he is on some sort of mission.

A few of about six girls from the Volleyball Team show up to the house and maybe a few guys as well, but what guy isn't present is Chris a fact Jaylee takes notice of immediately though she can't deny the relief she feels that he hasn't shown up. Because after the conversation she'd had with Jacob she knows that if Chris did show up then Jacob would definitely follow through with his threats.
Jaylee mingles with a few of the girl's while Karen and her close friend Isabella Gradiano bring the homemade snacks they've both made for the party even though Jaylee had told them both not to go to too much trouble. As Jaylee looks around the room she notices another person hasn't made their presence known....Elisha.
This is odd to Jaylee considering Elisha was bragging about coming to the house tonight supposedly to have sex with Jacob again. Unwittingly, Jaylee's gaze shoots to the stairs feeling her brow lower into a deep as a very unpleasant thought enters her mind.
(Did Elisha slip inside without me noticing her? Is she up in his room right now? Why do I even care?) Jaylee grumbles mentally, then Jaylee blinks, as Daphne asks in concern. 'Are you all right, Jaylee, you seem distracted?'
Jaylee tries to smile but even she knows it's forced, and she says. 'I need to go check on something upstairs....I'll be right back.' Not noticing the sudden awkwardness of Daphne's expression Jaylee makes her way to the stairs then heads up.
She feels like she's experiencing a bad moment of Deja´ Vu as she climbs the stairs then step by step with her heart pounding she walks quietly down the hallway straining her ears to hear any of the same noises she'd heard just a couple of days ago coming from Jacob's room. Jaylee keeps walking passed the door then goes into her bedroom intending to go through the bathroom to sneakily peek into his room to see if her suspicions are valid or not.
As she slowly reaches for the doorknob she lets out a loud yelp of startled surprise as the door comes open and Jacob yanks her into the bathroom, and asks with annoyance. 'Why is that bitch in my room?'
'Why are you pulling me into the bathroom when you only have a towel on?' Jaylee retorts with embarrassment.
He rolls his eyes in exasperation and jerks his thumb back at the shower, and says with a smirk at her. 'I was in the shower. Would you like to know what I was doing and who I was thinking of while...' Her eyes widen at his innuendo and she covers his mouth with one hand to stop him from continuing, and she says blushing. 'There's something seriously wrong with you.'
His smirk broadens against her palm and she narrows her eyes in warning and he lightly grips her wrist sending electricity through her as usual and all she can do is watch with speechless intrigue that shocks her as he lowers her hand and almost under his towel....she finally snaps herself out of the daze and snatches her hand back to glare at him as he chuckles. Then they both go silent, when Elisha asks irritably. 'Are you going to come out soon? I know you're done in there.'
Jaylee becomes aware that Elisha is trying to twist the doorknob to get inside so Jaylee does the only thing she can think to do....she pushes a stunned Jacob into her bedroom, hearing him mutter. 'What the fuck...' As Jaylee quietly closes her bathroom door then undresses and jumps in the shower turning it on to get herself wet then she turns it off and grabs a towel to wrap herself in then secures it before she unlocks Jacob's bathroom door to glare at Elisha. 'Does my Brother know you're in his bedroom? If not, you better get out now before he catches you.'
