"Are you going to slap me, honey?!" Binar asked again, this time with emphasis.
Adnan clenched his hand, which was already above. He suppressed his emotions, and he looked back at the woman who looked annoyed at him to challenge him to argue.
"Go ...," Adnan said as he lowered his hand and turned his face away.
Without saying much more, Binar left. She could not stand Adnan's attitude like this. She walked down the stairs, saw Sovia already downstairs and waiting for her.
