He spared a glance at her, while motioning her to sit . She sat on the other sofa, while trying to create as much distance between them as possible.
" You called me?" She asked. She really wanted to sleep, and wasn't in the mood to tolerate this bastard at all.
" You sure!" He asked back, not even bothering to pull his head away from the laptop screen.
"Yep." She nodded and replied in all seriousness.
As for him, he just gave one glance at his watch. And Kia ended up staring at her feet , while muttering ; " Fine.. I am late. I was just… just … busy."
" Not bad." He simply threw the remark, not even bothering to stare at her.
" I am sorry." She finally admitted her fault and apologized. Only then he sighed and put the laptop away from them, on the side table.
After all, he has something to talk about with her.
