Eva's smile increased...
"Not bad, you are smart.", She spoke.
Eric closed his eyes as his memories hit him…
[Flash back:
"Eri…Why do I feel like an idiot every time I'm with you…?", 6 years old Mia spoke as she saw 10 years old Eric…they were standing in front of a lake.
"Because you tend to keep your brain at home when you are with me.", He smiled at her warmly.
"With you by my side…I don't need it.", Little Mia smiled like a silly girl.
Another scene appeared…this time…she was 11 years…and was on a hospital bed.
"Who are you…? Do I know you…? Where am I…?", Mia shouted like a mad person at the nurse.
The nurse gave her Anesthesia as Mia slowly Drifted into sleep.
Eric's heart ached as he saw her from the door outside...he didn't dare to go in…what if she doesn't recognize him…and what if he can never hear her call "Eri" again…That pain killed him inside.
"She seems to lose her memories…It's still a miracle that she's alive…the accident bought her a great shock…her brain doesn't allow her to recollect things. We can't force anything because it can get serious.", The doctor spoke to Eric.
"It's fine doctor…she is alive that's enough. I can just watch her from far.", Eric said as he smiled seeing the sleeping Mia.]
Eric opened his eyes…It's been years that he confronted her.
"Why do you like to suffer all by yourself…?", Mia spoke as she seemed a bit amusing about this guy.
"For her…it's all worth.", He smiled as the door opened wide.
"Eva…I asked you to stay with him…not to disturb his sleep.", Mia said as she brought water and freshly prepared corn soup.
"Have some…It will warm your stomach...", Before she could hand over the bowl of soup to him…Large sounds entered their ears.
Meanwhile.
People in black uniforms started to climb the doors as they positioned themselves…with guns in their hands.
The doorbell rang continuously…
"Eva you stay here and protect him…I'll go and check, he's injured make sure no one touches him.", Mia spoke as she opened the door.
"Okay.", Eva replied.
She left the room.
"You go with her…I can take care of myself.", Eric spoke after seeing the men in black.
"That's your secretary and your bodyguard…why are you afraid…?", Eva said as she lazily leaned on the chair.
"That's the main reason…what if they call her by name…? ", Eva's eyes widened as she stood up and flew out.
Outside.
"Are we at the correct destination…? This is Miss's house.", Rishi rechecked the address.
"What the…. potato is happening here…? Did Miss get her memory back…or is she also kidnapped?", Jay whispered.
"Who knows nomad…what till she opens the door and we'll check.", Rishi replied.
"Let's point the gun…we can't take chances what if they kidnapped both Miss and boss.", Jai suggested...Rishi agreed right away.
Mia who just opened the door to see Rishi and Jay pointing guns towards her…but Rishi and Jay looked more startled than her as they dropped their guns.
Before Mia could open her mouth…Eva shut the door…Both sides…Rishi, Jay, and Mia were dumb folded.
Meanwhile.
"Have you lost your mind…? Why did you shut the door like that…?", Mia whispered while frowning.
"One. I'm dead…I don't have brain you dumbo, two. They are his people…he asked them to come upstairs.", Eva explained.
"Then you should have said so... Why did you close the door on their face…they must be startled?", Mia awkwardly spoke.
"Oh please…they can't see me…if they saw you speaking to air…that would be creepier.", Eva stated the fact.
