Ju was so clever. She had planned that she would show the Prime Minister that Ai was not properly keeping the secret. So, he would discuss that with Ai immediately so that the secret wouldn't be revealed. That way, she would hear their discussion and know the truth.
Finally, his plan became successful. The Prime Minister had exposed the reality in front of her.
She felt strange to think how she didn't know about that baby. One for which the whole world was curious. She was so angry about the Prime Minister's behavior.
"Hmm, so you didn't tell me the reality, thinking that I'll make the wrong use of it. Now, I'll prove your thoughts true. Be ready to see yourself devastated with your new son." Her angry red eyes were clearly exposing her hate for the Prime Minister.
At the distance of many clocks constantly ticking at the uniform speed, the time where everything had changed, humans depended more upon machines than their bodies. The only thing that remained the same was the conspiracies going on in that world.
At that time, few honest, hard-working scientists were causing the safe existence of their homeland. That was why they strived hard to make use of their gadgets for safety or help.
On the contrary, some scientists were devastating the world with their rapidly ongoing conspiracies. They wanted to see the whole world under their feet. But, in that mission, they didn't realize they were actually weakening their own existence.
Mr. John was a well-known American scientist of that century. Considering his efforts and skills, the government promoted him to the position of all scientist's heads.
The government was surprised that the scientific material hadn't been utilized much better before Mr. John's headship. He made the best use of limited energy to create amazing gadgets with minimum loss.
The considerable sound disturbed the complete silence of the main branch of the science labs. The unknown flying machine suddenly hit the ground. The burnt fuel emerging from the extremely hot engine was constantly polluting the atmosphere.
No one could believe that someone inside could be saved. But, fortunately, the decent man appearing to be 55 years old, came out from that upon his own legs. Although his face looked like rotten tomatoes, it was enough that he didn't die or lose any of his body parts.
"Oh! Mr. John, you finally returned." The 25 years old boy was progressing towards him with great excitement.
Mr. John's silence was threatening him. His smoky face was striking hard for something.
The boy wished to escape from there. However, due to being compelled, he patiently asked:" Are you Ok, Mr.John?"
"Sam, Am I looking Ok with the smoky face hanging on the useless machine?" Mr.John taunted.
Sam cleaned Mr. John's face with the water and handed over some painkillers because he knew he would bear some inner pains due to the crash.
Someone could expect to see Mr. John admitted to the hospital for some days; if not, then on his room bed for some time. Instead, however, he ignored everything and returned to his office.
Sam came there on his own as he knew Mr. John would call him.
"Sir, may I come in," Sam asked while standing on Mr. John's office doorstep with a depressed face.
"No, but if you don't come here for Thomas's favor, you can," Mr. John responded while having his first coffee sip.
"Sir, actually…"
"Sir"
The hesitance in Sam's words clearly showed that he wanted to say something in Thomas' favor.
Mr. John cleared his throat to say something. Just then, the 35 years old man, with hairs extended up to his shoulders, interrupted them.
Being immersed in his thoughts, he didn't see Mr. John. Instead, he firmly held Sam's shoulder and confidently said: "So, what do you wanna have in today's late-night party?"
Due to regard for Mr. John, Sam kept silent.
"Oh! When Mr. John appreciates me with the reward for my success, you'll take a clear picture. Otherwise, I'll not invite you to the party. Thomas was shocked to see Mr. John sitting on his chair.
Mr. John's angry face was constantly hurting Thomas. Finally, he brought some guts and asked:
"Mr. John, you returned within a short time. Didn't Newton discuss the queries with you?"
"Why can't you recognize your product's authenticity?. Mr. Thomas, your time machine has failed 14 times. How much torture you'll give me anymore!"
Thomas's excitement turned into depression after hearing one more failure.
I set the time 300 years before and the location at Newton's house to meet him, but I reached where Newton's death ceremony was held. In our 10th attempt, I was stuck in between for 24 hours and felt dizzy due to constantly watching rotating clocks. Oh! Every experience is worth telling, but I can't." Mr. John added.
"Mr. John, I'm just an ordinary scientist. Hopefully, you know about Thomas Edison, who failed 9999 times while creating the bulb. But, then, how rapidly he got famous! I think the same story is going to happen to me. I think I'll be a future partner of Thomas Edison". Thomas was giving useless excuses.
The reason for Mr. John's furiousness was not just the machine failure. He knew very well the perfection needed practice.
Thomas' ineffectiveness was unbearable. He didn't practice again and again to create useful products. Instead of getting experience with short projects, he took on big projects. The result brought nothing except a waste of precious input.
Thomas was not the only one to join that field. His forefathers had remained great scientists. Mr.John was too close to his father and had remained his student for many years. It was the reason he forgave Thomas's blunders and treated him like a son. He used to call him the rejected piece of his family but always tried to support him.
"Sam, you're so dumb. Couldn't you speak in my favor?" Instead, Thomas accepted his failure and tried again. He was blaming Sam.
"I have favored you many more times. Even now, Mr. John ignored me. He thought I'm just a robot who has been just designed to favor you". Sam was openly exhaling his aggression.
Thomas became speechless and began random experiments on his time machine. He didn't even realize that the energy he was unconsciously using was worth even more than gold.
