"Your aunt's reaction was weird."
Teren said as they were on their way towards his home. On their way, they could see that the destroyed neighborhood in the city had become barren. There were barricade tapes around the ruined areas.
"Yeah, it was weird. But that's just her having two faces. She even gave me some sort of a protective talisman."
Trisha said since Teren didn't eavesdrop earlier when Aunt Tia talked to Trisha.
"Also, I can't believe I just met you a month ago."
She said which Teren replied.
"Not really, you didn't even know my face or my name before I took you."
"Yeah, so it's much shorter than that. It feels kind of hard to believe when you think about it."
"I see, I didn't think much about it."
Trisha then glanced at Teren and saw that he was not smiling. Usually, he would smile at small talks. It seemed that what they talked about earlier still bothered him.
