Once there was an innocent girl named who lived in small village facing the hatred of being ugly . Everyone thought that she was ugly and bullied her everywhere but she was not affected by it because she had a support of her family and her best friend , Kat . Caroline was very polite and never fight back with those who bullied her but , her best friend Kat was aggresive . She could not bear seeing anyone bullying her beat friend Caroline (Cutie ) . After they finished school together they went to the medical college . They both had a same dream to be a doctor . Where they met another girl named Smiley as a roommate . In few days they became so close and started sharing everything . Whenever others bullied Caroline they fought back . Soon there was a monsoon where the new session started and new came to their students to their college .
