Chapter 1 - A Bad day

As I was in the drivers seat of my car, taking my father to the airport I heard a little girl crying.

I stopped the car and I glanced out the window.

There was a homeless girl sitting on the sidewalk bawling her eyes out. With tears running down her face and snot dripping out of her nose

She was small and frail, looking like she hadn't eaten in days. She had pale and pasty white skin with a heart shaped face, wide jawline, and a stream lined nose.

She had on some blue jeans, a tattered white T-shirt, and was wearing a pair of top converse.

She was screaming for help and begging for food. Yet no one decided to help her.

Truly despicable.

I walked up to her and asked what's wrong, but before I could get another word out I felt a sharp pain in my chest, it felt like heartburn.

I thought I was having a heart attack yet there were no other symptoms. Then I felt another jolt of pain.

I saw the same pale white hands as I did in the car, the only difference is that this time she was holding something, an 8 inch kitchen knife.

I put my hand to my heart and felt no beating, she struck my vitals. I had less than ten minutes to live, based on the fact that my heart couldn't pump blood.

I saw my father running to my side screaming something I couldn't make out. Because he was too far.

The only thing I could hear was that little girl who had just stabbed me, yet I felt no hatred in my heart. I couldn't bring my myself to hate her.

Rather as she whisper, "I'm sorry kind uncle, the mean uncle made me." I only felt pity and regret.

Regret that I didn't know who the "mean uncle" was.

I pat her on the head feeling that my time was almost hear and told her it wasn't her fault.

As I did so my father pushed her to the ground away from me, and taking her place.

I looked him in his eyes, and I only had one thing to say to him.

"Delete..... my browser history.

Drown my..... computer."

As I got my last word out my vision started getting blurry, and everything faded to black.

I lost all other senses except for the sense of touch, so I could still feel everything. And by everything I mean cold. Because that was all I felt.

Cold.
