The moment Helton got there he threw the bladed ring at Codin. He then opened the vacuum big enough that it could swallow Codin. Making sure it doesn't hurt Ryan, but Codin jump through the ring and came out the other side.
Before Helton noticed it was too late, Codin grabbed him. Helton fought him but his efforts were useless. Ryan got up and jumped through time and shouldered Codin. He fell on the ground and left Helton. Atta then showed up, she knew she wasn't strong enough to fight Codin, even before his transformation, but she wanted to help.
"Stand back"
Atta said then snapped her fingers and Breath fire. She blew in the air and when the flame were attached to her lip she brought down her head to burn Codin on the ground.
It happened really fast one might think it was planed. Codin patted his shirt and put out the flames. He got up and smacked Atta with the back of his palm. She fell and Codin lifted his hand again, when he saw she wasn't getting up he focused his attention on Ryan.
Ryan teleported and punched Codin and he stepped back. He had only one working arm, he tried the teleportation punch again. He started punching Codin from opposite sides.
Helton was waiting for Codin to fall, so he could open the ring. The moment Helton saw Codin was stumbling he quickly opened the vacuum ring.
Ryan teleported twice as fast, but before he could deliver the punch. Codin leaned in with a headbutt, which fractured Ryan's skull. Lying face up on the ground, he looked at the sky.
Helton immediately covered the enlarged ring, using the he scooped Ryan from the ground. The wind blew the sand which was scooped along with Ryan into Codin's dark eyes. He called back the ring and jumped on with Atta on his shoulder.
They flew as fast as they could, but Codin was still catching up.
"What the hell, he still has sand in his eyes. How is he following us? "
Atta who was now conscious asked looking at a dust cloud.
"Aurachi"
Helton said then looked at Ryan, who was lying down on the ring.
"What?"
Atta asked as she watched the dust cloud. Then suddenly Codin jumped out of the dust cloud. They were about fourteen feet of the ground but he almost reached them.
" Aurachi is spirit energy amplified by emotions. He senses us, he does not need his eyes to follow us. "
Helton explained as he increased altitude. Suddenly Atta started screaming, holding her head.
"What is wrong"
Helton asked, then knelt by her. He looked at her head for any injury. There was nothing of that sort and she just kept screaming. He gave her a drug to ease her pain.
"it's like my brain is on fire and being poked constantly"
Atta explained what was happening to her.
Helton payed attention to what changed to have caused that. He made her lay down back on her stomach but the pain was still there. Then then flew a little closer to the ground, and she was fine.
All of a sudden, something knocked them out of the sky. They came crashing into the ground. Ryan got up and saw three dead camels, Atta and Helton got up and saw a dark figure approaching them.
