Hollow Witch was in a burnt house, she pass by a picture of four women in maroon hooded robs. One of the women in the picture was her. The picture was burnt, the faces of the other women was not clear.
She picked up the picture and turned it over.
On the back it said The Cardinal and beneath it were the names.
Fay, Holie, Apia and Dalia, Hollow Witch folded the picture and put in a little bag she had. She stomped her feet on the floor boards. She tried that at two different places. The third time, the slightly burnt board broke. She saw a book with the four Cardinal points drawn.
She got on her knees and pulled it out, she blew on it. The dust suspended in the sun ray that pierced the burnt roof.
She opened the book, it was filled it recipes, sysbols and gibberish. She kept flipping, she was looking for something specific. She kept flipping faster, then she flipped two pages back. There was a drawing of two hour glasses. An empty one and a completely full one, they were connected by a creeping plant with thorns.
"Fays daughter is still alive"
Hollow Witch said as she ran her hand on the drawing of the empty hour glass.
Meanwhile, in at the bar the man and his friends harassed Ryan. The man kicked Ryans stool, he and his friends laughed.
"Hey, bartender stop wasting good alcohol on the dead. The living need it more."
The man said and his friends cheered him on.
"Precious, control yourself."
A man at the same table as his friends said.
"Cone"
He turned and the moment he saw the look in Cone's eyes he slowly walked by his seat.
When Ryan was walking out his bracelet turned green and so did precious'.
"Hey wait, I now have a reason to kick your ass"
Precious said and squeezed the rabbit's foot around his neck. He then held on to a tassel made of horse tail, that was hanging from his wrist. He swung it and sent Ryan flying, he got up from behind the counter. Ryan eyes turned red and from a distance he swung a him. The Shockwave from Ryan punched destroyed everything in its part. After the dust settled there was no trace of Precious.
As Ryan was about to walk away, he heard Precious voice.
"where are you going, we are not done"
He said and Ryan turned, he wondered how he got there.
Suddenly, he appeared behind Ryan.
"I'll make it easy for you, I won't do anything. "
Precious said with his arm around Ryans shoulders.
Precious stood there and he closed his eyes.
Ryan threw a bottle to see what he would do. He missed and the bottle hit the wall a shattered. Ryan tried punching him but always something prevented him. Dislocated joints, earthquakes and even spontaneous fire.
Shoto walk to him and took the rabbit foot from around his neck.
He knocked him on the head and just like that he was out cold.
"What was that?"
Ryan asked Shoto
"Was just checking out a theory"
Shoto said looking at the rabbit foot.
