My name is Kian, 18 years old, a high schooler student in Bali, Denpasar. it's nothing special about my life. I.. just quiet student and hate crowded place. After school I just go home and didn't go hang out with anyone.

I live alone in my parents house since 15 years old. My parents seldom go home to see me because of work. I know they haven't have ill intention to leave me alone in this 3 years. I hope they can comeback at home when graduate ceremony as they promise to me.

My life isn't too bad as you all think because.. our neighbour is always good to me and treat me like family. Mam Yuko and her child Kirana always invite me to have dinner with them. Kirana 1 year younger than me. About Kirana's father? Sir Mahesa work as cop in this city. Before we always dinner together and around this year Sir Mahesa seldom to go home. it something weird I think since Sir Mahesa love his family and can't handle to leave them for long time. He always finish his job quickly and finish many case well. I try to ask kirana while Mam Yuko still go to kitchen and wash dishes

"so..I seldom to see your father.. is he always do his job quickly ? "

"yeah... and I miss him.. he never leave us too long and now it already 3 months since he haven't have go home to see us. "

I saw kirana start to cry because she remembered her father still not go home. I try to calm her and comfort her.

I smiled and Kirana just nodded to me and try to stop her crying. Then I heard Mam Yuko's phone ring in table near us. Mam Yuko immediately take the phone from Kirana's father.

After we finished, I just head at home. Before Mam Yuko told me to stay with them until condition already safe, but I can't bother them too much. when I was walking to my home I feel something following and staring me from behind. it made me feel unsafe, I was walking quickly back to my home lock it and quickly shut my windows at my house.

" it already... gone? "

I brace myself to peek in window, but I didn't find anything outside.

"gezzz.., I think it's only my feeling..since Sir Mahesa said dangerous outside I start feel uncomfor...., *sigh* forget it Kain and just sleep for school tomorrow.. "

I prepared to sleep, put my phone on table, then fell sleep.

I saw my clock it already 6.43 a. m. My school start at 7.00 a. m. and I was walking to school 20 minutes if I used crowded route and quiet route only take around 10 minutes. and.. I hate to face guidance and counseling teacher if we late it ll be took 1 hour to listen her if we interrupt her it ll take 1 hour again to hear her blabbering. Hurriedly I only wash my face, then change my uniform and take my bag.

"Sorry.. Sir Mahesa, I ll break my promise, I only use quiet route this day... "

with guilty, I ran into school and I look in my watch it already 6.57 a. m.

".haahh.. hahh..almost at school... "

but.. when I close to school gate, I looked some blood inside school gate..and I saw in security post in front gate our school. I saw security already dead with some monstrous bite in his body. I trembled and puke in front his corpse.

"what's... happening.. in here"

I tried hold myself and turn around to see what's happen. but.. I saw a nightmare in my school some student and teacher run from some white big fish monster with two hand and big claw like bear, strong fangs to ripe flesh, their height around 1 meters, and their have feet like frog, crawling fast, and can jump. some students and teacher already dead horribly and I saw these eat one of my classmate and heard her scream ask for help

.I can't help them..that day.. I just turn around and run as fast as I can from school. I don't know what should I go I just run to avoid them..

but.. in middle, I saw that big fish eat a people in front of me. I tried to not make noise and walking quietly to avoid it. but.. suddenly it glance and see me. suddenly it jump and try to get me. I can't move because of my trembling, but suddenly a car hit it and..

" KAIN COME IN!! "

I heard Mam Yuko's voice from that car. Hurriedly I enter her car and she was driving her car fastly and crush that monster before it want to start jump again. I don't dare to look behind and still tremble.

I saw Kirana next to me with pale face and Mam Yuko try to find safe place first and we go ahead to next city route. I never see Mam Yuko driving and I didn't expect she not afraid of it. I tried ask Mam Yuko, what's happening in here, with trembled I ask

"mam...what's hap.. pen.. in here.. "

"before.. I drove Kirana to school until..i saw a monster like that close the school..I have bad feelings about it.., I just turn around fastly and lucky I think monsters can't notice it since we aren't close to them, then I try to find you.. I think I lucky can find you fast and.. Mahesa said in my phone.., some mysterious creature suddenly appear in here around lake and city.. and he recommended us to go next city, since it ll safe place too from that monster ..., he ll wait us in there..and if you face that monster again be sure to hit their head. Mahesa said these weakness in their head. Now guys pick anything from behind you to prepare any worse case in our trip. "

Me and Kirana hurriedly see behind us. We found a box filled with guns and weapons.

*chuckles* "I know you guys will be surprise, that's our secrets what u guys ask before.., just pick anything in here and give me a gun and it bullets.. "

I took a club and knife in here and Kirana pick a hand gun. I randomly pick a gun and it bullets too for Mam Yuko and put them beside Mam Yuko seat.

"Ahaha.. I don't know you know my taste.. its machine gun Kain"

She smile and said to us

" Don't worry, I ll do my best to protect you guys.. "

She stopped and look around, then she prepared for her guns inside car and pick a combat knife. I surprised how well she do it and didn't expect for warm hearted and soft women like Mam Yuko can use it well.

" Okay we ll go our trip again. I hope as my darling said it still be safe place. "

She drove fastly and we went to South Kuta.
