Chapter 352 - Niro's Trilogy Epilogue

(Author's note: feel free to skip this 'chapter.' It's just wrapping up the finale and hinting at what the future holds. Even if you do skip, thank you for sticking around. See you in Coshire.)

Ether met with Neva for the last time, both Variants exchanged embraces and stories with one another for a while. They shared a meal together to show there was no malice between them.

During the dinner, Neva suggested accepting a boon for the future. Just in case things went south. At the end of the party, Neva gifted Hylo and Ether two charms that can come together to make a new charm.

This was to show their eternal unity as father and daughter, as well as trust between the two. Something they can relay on to keep their heads high when times become desperate.

Every battalion belonging to Infinus returned to Imbushko, where they found the Legion had become unstable. Sections threatened to leave due to the horrible responses to issues happening around the region.

Understanding this was a chance to start anew, Jakery ordered every piece of territory that threatened to leave had to send a representative to Krugi. When they arrived, he encouraged them to branch out and leave.

But not without a small bundle of resources to help kick start their mini-Legions. Which they all accepted.

After the discussions concluded, Jakery announced he would retire from the battlefield and as Leader. Handing all power to Decka.

During his speech, he made it clear his departure from combat would not be forever. He promised to return when Imbushko was threatened, but as an elite. Not a leader.

Decka's speech included his goals as a leader, and praises to Ether and his family. Stating he wasn't a traitor, neither were his wife and offspring, they were just unlucky to have been selected.

Tinzor went through intense therapy after elites protested against a leader who was unstable. By the end of his treatment, he realized it was best to wear Silsa's bedsheet as a token of pride, not a memory of tragedy.

His return to the leadership role for Encur brought forward a new era of advancements. Which aided the rest of the region's recovery after their poor crop production and economy.

One advancement was better farming tools, allowing farmers to harvest and plant faster than before. And another advancement was the discovery of artillery-based weapons. Proving Imbushko was finally breaking free from its lower-end technology.

After defeating Valiant, Sernatacus found himself to be the next leader in line for Ophus when Enoptes decides to hang up his armor for good.

Time was starting to catch up to the old timer, seeing as his three-hundredth and forty-fifth birthday was celebrated the evening after Infinus' return.

Close allies and friends came to greet Sernatacus as Ophus' potential leader, and wishing more years to the seasoned Enoptes. During his birthday speech, he declared Yanas as the one to fill in Sernatacus' role as the right-hand elite.

Not much remained of Volatile, only eight elites survived. All of which gathered what few survivors there were, and moved them out of all major towns and cities. Until the Primed finally disappeared six days later.

During Valentine Prime's patrols, he encountered several Sky Beasts flying away from the region. Which he struck down as potential threats, hoping to maintain Infinus' domination.

After going through and forming a pack full of Scalers exclusively, Orako sought to teach them about his new code: Code of the Rampager. He saw it as a way for his Ferals to expand upon what they knew about kicking and punching.

Now, they knew how to connect kicks with acrobatics and punches with swift dodges. They even discovered a new breathing technique that allowed them to expand their stamina.

During their first Tonumki together, the pack declared a new holiday that stretched two weeks leading up to the big day of celebration. Where they'd be silent to honor their previous families.

When the time of celebration came, Orako adopted a much younger Scaler as his son. After taking him in as his new young, Orako pledged to not be like Ether.

While also making it clear he'd strike down his former father for leaving the region altogether.

(Twenty years later)

Befehlnadir hunted Hitirus down across Yarno and parts of Imbushko until they arrived to Coshire. Hitirus remembered this was where the King rested, only to be killed by Befehlnadir for the 70th time.

After rising up from death again, Hitirus began his journey deeper into the region. Where he'd encounter the King, and claim the crown for himself.
