JOHN'S POV
Ever since Sera left school last week, Crystal and I have been the main targets of Mid tiers and Low tiers. There is no day that we don't go to the infirmary ever since, and by now I am sure Doc's tired of seeing our faces every second.
Right now Crystal and I were walking home. I have band-aids on my face and a bandage wrapped around my forearm. While Crystal had a wrapped arm and a band-aid on her cheek.
"Bye John see you later," The girl said, waving to me as she crossed the pedestrian lane
"Yeah...see you, Crystal..."
That is all I said before turning around and continued walking home, with my face glued to the ground the whole time. After a few minutes of walking, I finally arrived in front of my house and opened the door. I dropped my bag on the couch. Why do Crystal and I have to put up with all this sh*t every day! I mentally shouted to myself. Out of anger and frustration, I started punching and kicking my standing punching bag as I reminisce about the events that happened these past few days.
"WORTHLESS!"
"They are all WORTHLESS!!"
"Those weaklings who can't stand up for themselves!"
"Those who call themselves Elites, use their power for petty things."
" Those who think that just because, they have a little bit of power...they could just do whatever the heck they want!"
"Even the one person I believed in!"
" EVERYONE IS ALL WORTHLESS "
Then the image of Sera and Crystal came to mine. I stopped punching and kicking the punching bag, breathing heavily, removing all the negative thoughts I've been thinking. I then got my laptop and opened it, hoping that Sera's online but she isn't.
"Still offline? It's been a week since we've spoken. Where could she be? "
My eyes then trailed down to dad's number, he's online. After a minute of hesitation, I finally decided to call him.
*RING! RING! RING!
"Hello? John? "
"Hey Dad"
"What's up, why are you call from your laptop? What happened to your phone? "
"Um...I accidentally dropped it down a flight of stairs and it broke"
" Well that sucks, I'll just send you some money so you could buy a new one"
"Thanks"
"So why did you call? "
"Could you send me another copy of Unordinary?"
"..."
" You know I can't do that "
" My editor destroyed all of my remaining copies of it for my safety "
" Don't you have a copy already? Why do you need another one? Is everything ok over there? Tell me what's going o-"
"It's nothing, everything's fine"
"I gotta go now, I have to finish up dome homework"
"WAIT! JOHN DON'T HANG UP ON M-"
I hang up the call, not wanting to continue our conversation any longer. My laptop started ringing from an incoming call from my dad. I then closed my laptop and just sighed, closing my eyes.

CRYSTAL'S POV
I walked through the crowded halls of the school building. Walking to my next class while wondering where John could be. We always walked to class together but I don't see John anywhere. What if something happened to him? No, I should stop things negatively, John could handle anyone perfectly fine. Just as I turned around at a corner, saw a black-haired boy from the corner of my eye. I snapped my head around, was that John just now? Maybe I should get a little closer just to be sure.
As I slowly walked towards him, I saw that it was John!? I took a step back in shock as I just watched as the boy walked through the crowd of students.
Did John run out of hair gel or something, cause he didn't wear any today? And judging by the looks of the other students, they thought the same.
I have never seen John without his helmet look, so it's a first for me too. It seemed like Isen was also shocked by John's new look since he looked at him with a weird look on his face from a small little corner.
I'll just go and ask John about it later, I am curious as to why he decided to change up his look.

AFTER CLASS
CAUSE WHO LIKES CLASS?
It was finally the end of class and I was looking around for John. Hanging my head low, I started thinking, as I allowed my legs to bring me wherever. Where is he? I haven't seen him all day now, and I'm starting to get worried. I promised Sera I would keep an eye on him, but I can't even manage to find him. I closed my eyes and let out a tired sigh. And just as I was about to open my eyes again, I felt someone bump into me making me snap my eyes open.
"Oh! I'm sorry I didn't see you there"
The person said with an embarrassed look on her face. I then turned my head to see who I bumped into. To my surprise, it was the Queen herself, Remi. I froze and began sweating. Damn! Out of all the people in the school I had to bump into her, a Royal! Not just any royal but the Queen! Why world?? Why do you always do this to me?
Remi noticed how tense I was, so she spoke up to break the silence.
"Oh! You don't have to be nervous, it was my fault we bumped into each other."
I broke away from my trance and looked at her stunned by her words. Usually, other students in the school would go and beat me up in a second if I ever did this. But why is she different? I asked myself as I scanned her face, looking for any hint of sarcasm, but I found none. I gathered all my courage and finally spoke.
"No, it's my fault. I wasn't looking where I was going"
Remi smiled at the girl's response, quite glad since all the other students she previously bumped into would just say sorry and run away. Not giving any time for the pink-haired queen to apologize back. But for the first time in forever, the new student who bumped into her didn't run away.
Remi flashed a wide smile as I couldn't help and smile back. Then all of a sudden Remi got an idea.
"Hey, Crystal was it? If you are free this weekend maybe you could join me and my friends to go to the mall! That would be a better apology!"
She smiled while secretly hoping I would join them. I was shocked by her sudden proposal. Maybe this would be the best time to make more friends? I mean me and John haven't been hanging out as often anymore, so why not live a little?
I then nodded my head in agreement, her blue eyes lit up with excitement as she took out a piece of paper and a pen from her bag, she wrote down her number and handed it to me.
"Here's my number, I'll text you where we're gonna meet up"
" Oh okay"
I looked down at the piece of paper and stuffed it in my pocket.
"Great! I'm gonna go now, see you around Crystal!"
She waved goodbye to me as she started walking down the hallway. I waved back to the girl as I turned around, a small smile on my face as I let out a sigh. Is this what my mom told me about before? Hanging out with friends?
I just shook my head and started walking through the halls. I made a new friend.
