Chapter 64 - Global Crisis

Meanwhile, back on the Arcadian Continent, Kingsley sat in a strategic war room with advisors, generals, and various heads of state from other countries connected through a global video conference. The news of the arrival of the Orc Empire had reached every corner of the world causing panic and chaos among the people.

"Armorra, what is the status of our forces?" Kingsley questioned, looking down at his chief strategist from across the gigantic digital map laid out in front of him.

"Our Naval forces are holding their own against the invading aliens in the Mediterranean and East China Sea, but other areas are having a hard time repelling them, when will his majesty return" stated Armorra.

"He is currently on his transport heading back to the continent, with his is an Alien Princess whom the invading Alien forces is trying to seek out. But from the explanation that the Alien Princess have given us, these Orcs which they are called is a large war mongering empire that is currently waging war across the universe." Explained Kingsley.

"Good, all of our forces are already on standby, and we are ready to deploy them to other countries, we will just need the go ahead from his majesty first to deploy to countries not within our alliance" Informed Alena.

Kingsley nodded hearing her report then turned to Lara and Ava, "We have completed our development of the assemblers and can start construction of them immediately. They will speed up our production at least 5x, allowing us to produce military equipment much faster than before." Reported Lara as Ava pulled up the holographic data on the assemblers.

"That's good, with this we will be able to repel the Invaders from our lands. I have a report here that we are already fighting them on the Eastern side of the continent and our forces are holding on" Reported Kingsley.

"In the meantime, let's focus on defending the Empire and protecting our citizens and allies until his majesty returns in a few hours" said Kingsley as next he spoke with the other heads of states to discuss this world ending threat.

As the conference carried on, Kingsley could almost feel the tension in the room. The faces of the other heads of states, displayed on the large screen, looked weary and fraught with worry. It was understandable, considering that they were discussing a threat unlike anything their world had ever faced.

"All right," Kingsley cleared his throat. "While we await His Majesty's return, I propose we organize our forces and enact a defense plan immediately."

A murmur of assent spread across the room. Armorra scanned her notes and began outlining potential strategies, her voice steady despite the grave situation.

"The Orc Empire is formidable," she admitted. "But they're not invincible. Alena," she turned to the Major General of the Army, "how quickly can you mobilize our forces?"

"As quickly as necessary," Alena responded firmly. "Our people are brave and ready to fight."

"Good," replied Armorra. She then turned to Lara and Ava. "I trust you can get those assemblers up and running in record time?"

The pair nodded in unison.

"Absolutely," said Lara, her fingers navigating through the holographic data before her. "We'll have them operational by sunrise."

Meanwhile, high above the ground in Jarvis's Pelican, Nakiasha nervously followed the battle below as it unfolded on multiple holographic screens. The Orissan princess closed her eyes, guilt washing over her. "I led them here... The Orcs were searching for me," she muttered under her breath.

Jarvis turned to console her but hesitated, his eyes softening with understanding. Instead of offering empty platitudes or denying the truth of her statement, he simply offered a few words of encouragement.

"Don't worry princess, you will get through this, and we will face this together," Jarvis assured, his voice steady and comforting. "We are not alone in this battle. We have every military on this planet fighting back against the Orcs, I'm sure they can hold out and resist the Orc invasion."

Nakiasha's eyes met his, the fear in them slightly lessening. She nodded, knowing that she had no choice but to put her trust in him and the allies he had around the world.

Back on the ground, the battle raged on. Orc troops surged forward like a dark and ominous tide, their alien roars filling the air. In response, Jarvis's royal guards fought back with bravery, their weapons and abilities offering the advantage in the battle.

In the heart of the conflict, General Brazinsky led a squadron of Brazilian soldiers, barking orders as they stood firm against the onslaught. A hail of plasma blasts tore through their ranks, but they pressed on undeterred.

"We are Brazilians, we do not go down without a fight! For our homeland!" Brazinsky roared, rallying his men to push back against their alien adversaries.

Above the battlefield, Arcadian fighters which were dispatched to protect Jarvis were dogfighting with the Orc fighters. The Orc fighters seemed to have the advantage in terms of their offensive capabilities, but the Arcadian fighters had the defensive capabilities making them able to resist the incoming damage thanks to the Vibranium armor.

Around the world, however, some countries were having a hard time resisting the invasion by the Orc forces. Some small European countries found themselves hit by a surprise invasion and didn't have enough forces to resist the Orcs who overwhelmed their capitals.

Other nations were faring better, but the fight was still far from over. The French had mobilized their forces and were currently engaged in a fierce battle to fend off the Orcs from Paris. Across the Atlantic, American soldiers were locked in combat with the Orcs in New York City.

Despite the odds being stacked against them, humanity was not going down without a fight. In each city, regardless of their race or nationality, people banded together, fighting back with everything they had.

In Australia, despite heavy losses, the Australian Defense Force managed to repel the Orcs from Sydney. Their victory served as a beacon of hope for other nations struggling to keep the invaders at bay.

Once he got back to his Palace, Jarvis gave the order to send out his forces across the world to assist with repelling the invaders while also ensuring that he had enough forces to defend his own country. However, the Orcs were having a hard time penetrating the defenses of the Arcadian Empire as not only did they have jets and other military equipment, but they had numerous races from fantasy that had many abilities that defied the laws of physics and offered them the advantage in the battle.

So far, the Orcs haven't shown that they had similar abilities. They only had the strength, numbers, and technology which made them a threat.
