I fall on all fours, protecting my belly but knocking out Sir Dominic in the process. He doesn't even catch me or even remotely try to catch me. Useless. Completely useless.
"He's over there." I see Frank's voice distantly. They have come out of the gate and along the curve of the wall, they have appeared a few feet away. Frank is pointing at me straight as he rushes Boris and Lancer towards me, commanding them to run after.
Shit, I look down and I realize that my palms are throbbing badly. Oh god, all the skin on my palm is scratched up when I fall down on the ground and it's slightly bleeding. Even my knees and ankles are slightly throbbing in pain. But it didn't matter.
