Chereads / The Last Water Sylph / Chapter 2 - Chapter 2

Chapter 2 - Chapter 2

Laurent's POV

As I went out of my third period I was kinda feeling hungry and my feet brought me to the school's cafeteria. To my surprise, the whole room is filled with hungry ogres! Just kidding, they're just a bunch of normal human students. 'Nope, I'm not going to eat here and get squished by those sweaty teenagers.' I thought to myself as I walked out of the door. But before I did, I saw Prince Snow on the farthest corner of the room with his gang. Everyone around him seems happy except for him who's looks like a kid who lost his balloon. I guess he never had a happy childhood, huh? I continued my way outside the campus before he got to see me.

I was really hungry while I am walking around the school looking for something to eat. But alas, there's none. I checked my schedule and I still have two hours until my next subject. So I decided to go outside. I saw a lot of food stalls, fast food chains, and restaurants near the school but I was craving for something else. So I went back inside the campus and just sit near the trees at the back of the buildings. "Ughh, in times like this, I wish I was normal." As I spoke those words, I heard the sound of gushing water nearby. A river? I ran in the direction of the sound, I went deeper and deeper into the woods. Strange, a forest inside the campus? I feel excited and I somehow feel the adrenaline rising. Indeed, there was a very beautiful river!

I took off my clothes and underwear and dive in. The water is cold but bearable. 'Oh, There's a lot of fish! Lunch is served.' I thought happily as I dive once again and chase some fish.

Dylan's POV

I think I saw that annoying girl at the door of the cafeteria. I stand up and was about to leave the place. "Dude, where are you going? It's not time for the next class yet." Jackson, my best friend said. "I needed some fresh air," I answered as I walked away. "It's all you girls fault, hahaha you guys are not fresh anymore!" Devon said which made some of the girls on our table furious and walk out. I don't want to be boastful but, who could resist my charm? I am 6"4 tall, handsome, talented, smart, the school's football captain and MVP, and most of all I am RICH. Every girl in this school either want to get in my pants or already did. I smirk as I thought about it, I am PERFECT! Now, where is that little shrimp who stole my parking space this morning?

I think I already look in every part of the campus but haven't seen her yet. Damn! My feet hurt - wait a second that's her! I think she went outside of the campus. Well, I guess she did. Being a transferee in this school sucks. Ha! You will not last here until this week. I looked at her as she sat down on the grass at the back of the buildings. What am I doing? If she caught me here she'll think that I'm a pervert! Huh? Where is she going? Didn't she know that students are not allowed to enter the school forest? I heard there are wild animals in this forest, shit! I better get her to come back! "Yo, you better not go there you shrimp!" as I finish the last word she runs in between that oak trees. And here I am chasing her smart ass!

After some time she stops, I was about to call her again when she suddenly unbutton her jeans and took off all of her clothing. This is the part that I should be looking away or something right? But I couldn't, I didn't. I really really wanted to look away and respect her privacy but I can't. I'm a man you know. She removed her hair tie and let her hair loose. She was so beautiful, I was so mesmerized that I can't think rationally. I hid behind one of the trees as I watched her dip her right foot in the water. She flinched, maybe the water is cold. I thought she will go back once she realized that the water's temperature is freezing but she didn't. Instead, she smiled and dive into the water, after a few moments, I saw her catch her breath. And then she dived again.

I was getting antsy when I didn't saw her get out of the water for air. I get closer to the river and search for her. Should I call for help? No, if the teachers will find out we will get in trouble. But what if she's drowning? The water current is strong she might have been carried away to the stream. Moments later she got out of the water and met my gaze. 'Crap!' I swear I should've not followed her here! "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"
